Booked last minute and received excellent service. The breakfast the next morning was sufficient to start my day and the king suite was spacious. I would definitely stay again close to stores and restaurants too.

Where to begin? Short version is 1) several restrictions presented upon check-in that were not identified during booking; 2) hotel guests forced poor experience, 3) hotel itself not maintaining clean environment. Couldn't use the pool due to full "reservation system" and a "security deposit" was required, neither of were included in my booking confirmation or otherwise communicated until I arrived from 6 hours away. Hallways and my room smelled strongly of marijuana, all day and night. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and again a different morning. Hair from previous guest stuck to the wall of the shower. Room numbers were taped on (or handwritten on laminated paper). Back stairway unfinished, including crumbling cement steps. Place was just awful.

Thank you for your feedback! We do apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. We are in the process of renovating some areas of the hotel for a more updated look. The room numbers are part of the upgrading along with the wallpaper in the hallways. We do understand the disturbance of the fire alarm which was caused by a child pulling the lever, we do apologize for the inconvenience of that as well. We do hope you would give us another opportunity to show you a better experience in the near future.

Our room was cleaned appropriately but clearly some things have been neglected for some time. Moldy caulk in bathroom, dusty lightbulbs, lights that don't work. I get the feeling they are used to rough crowds in this joint based on signage (NO PARTIES! and MUST WEAR SHIRT AT BREAKFAST!) both of which were ignored in part during our one night stay. There IS breakfast, but definitely not anything to write home about. I ate the scrambled eggs and potatoes. Both were cold and watery, probably reheated. The pool actually looks really nice if you're here for that. But people just jump in and out, sloshing water all over the floor of the hotel. The elevator was covered in water. People were loud in the halls after 9, for longer than it takes to walk down a hallway and enter a room. I almost got up to yell at them but it finally stopped. If you're going for a quiet night's sleep probably mention that at check in and ask for a secluded room. The two employees I interacted with we're professional and helpful. Given there's nothing else around and it's clearly more of a road side hotel, I'd be ok with it for one night. …

Moldy curtains, stinky rooms, pool and jacuzzi not working, walls in disrepair, looks like they are trying to paint things, sink doesnt drain, lousy beds and the smallest pillows i have ever seen in a hotel room, only 3 for a king size bed. Def keep looking if you need to stay in this area.

Too many probs to list. Tiny pillows like throw pillows. Leak in the bathroom. Low toilet with no grab bars. Dog in next room barking at 6 am. Don’t lock the door from outside at night (safety/security problem). No breakfast meats, cold eggs, yogurt 2 weeks past “best by” date. Night staff was helpful - let us know we’d have no problem coming in late since they don’t lock the outside door. Morning desk person wouldn’t even look up or look into the breakfast issues. I’ve traveled a lot and this was among the *worst* places I’ve ever stayed.

This hotel is dirty, the white shear curtains were black from the dirty. There was hair in the tub, dingy towels, unclean bathroom, there was layer of dust everywhere. Dust bunny in the vent. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is a health hazard . The wallpaper in the hallway were falling off the wall.

When I did the reservation did not give me an option where if pool isn’t open or even said under construction I would not of made the reservation. The workers always were loud and complaining. Very annoying. I didn’t feel I was at a hotel we paid for. I was here about 4 months ago and wasn’t bad at all. I will never go back again.

I’m definitely not a Karen and I usually don’t leave reviews but this was easily the worst experience with any hotel and with best western that I’ve ever had. Front desk was super rude and condescending, hotel was dilapidated and there was red liquid dripped right outside the front door.

Broken, dirty and understaffed. We had problem after problem. Our rooms were not cleaned 2 days in a row. We had a flooded room from a leaking sink and were left to clean and manage it ourselves. Pool was broken. I could go on and on… just go somewhere else.
