Booked this following a recommendation, definitely not disappointed. A very cosy family run B&B. We had the family bedroom, 1 double & 2 single beds, TV, tea & coffee, hairdryer all available. A large bathroom with toiletries for your use. Stunning views over the hills & mountains. Fantastic breakfast to fill up on before venturing out to the nearby towns...

I was a little unsure about booking this B&B at first as it looked a little dated but having read the tripadvisor reviews I decided to book and I’m so pleased I did. Our room was lovely and not dated at all, we were both so impressed. The communal areas could seem a little dated to some but we found...

This is a very good Guesthouse. Myself and four chums stayed only one night during our walking weekend but the quality and attention to detail really stood out. Warm, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, an excellent breakfast, spotlessly clean and friendly, personal welcome from the owners. The location is perfect both for the lakes and for the Border City of Carlisle. I...

Had a wonderful three night stay visiting family in the area. Excellent guest house, can't recommend highly enough, very comfortable sand spacious en suite room, clean and spotless - as were all areas. Lovely homely feel, great breakfast each morning to start the day off. Very friendly, family run place. Would definitely return if/when in the area again.
