Stayed here 3 night in early October 2017. Location is right on the canal and a nice location to explore Lewes. Nice room on the 2nd floor. Room was spacious. A/C was ok....difficult to get the room super cold. Free parking.

This is what a boutique hotel should be. Not impersonal like most hotel chain rooms but not cutesy like B&Bs can be. Don’t think the continental lubreakfast means mini bagels fresh out of the freezer, it’s extensive, varied, with lots of fresh fruit.
