This is one of our favorite places to stay. It is convenient to everything. The beds are nice, towels are thick enough. The people are great! Very clean. Our only complaint is the new addition of a scent in the bathroom. Not sure if it is in the overhead fan but there is a very floral scent which set off both of us. We were sneezing constantly when in the bathroom. And both of us had nose bleeds every night The only reason we did not give a 5 star is the new scent which was not there or not noticeable a month ago when we stayed, we hope and pray the management changes this. For allergic or sensitive people, this could cause serious problems.
The hotel seems new and sparkly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and included small kitchens with dishes. There were lots of places to store your stuff. The location was good, right off the main road through town. Lots of great restaurants were nearby Highly recommend.
Place was a bit hard to find but worth the effort. Price was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the best for this kind of hotel that I've had. A number of different breakfast sandwiches were available. They always had selections of free cookies and candies. Free cold bottled water and decent coffee always ready by the front desk. Room was nice with small kitchen and good shower. This is now our go to place when we visit Rehoboth.
We booked at this "pet friendly" hotel with rewards. The website says a $75 fee for pets, which is completely reasonable since they should clean the room after pets leave whether or not the presence of pets was obvious. When we arrived, we were told that the pet policy was a $75 per night per pet charge. We have two, under 15 lb. dogs. Our kennel fees are $50/night per dog. We would have just left them boarded had the policy been clear! We forfeited our points and cancelled the booking. This is NOT pet friendly.
Still relatively new, still a top shelf property. It's being kept very clean and the front desk keeps a supply of goodies (cookies, apples, small candies) on hand at all times....seldom seen any more in the major chains. Unrelated to the hotel but to its location, first time difficult to find ( access is through a turn into a small retail plaza) and traffic can be really congested here.
I would like to give a 5 to Cletis and Jania for their assistance when we stayed in the hotel. Unfortunately the tv did not work but they immediately assisted us and it was greatly appreciated. The hotel was overall nice but their service was outstanding.
I spend 90+ nights per year in just Hilton brands alone. I'm middle aged and not high maintenance. Additionally due to my industry/company I've been required to travel during the entire COVID nightmare. I totally understand the challenges and changes the pandemic brought to hotels and have a great deal of respect for the hospitality industry as a whole. The reason for my 3-star rating is simply price and little to no sound proofing. A Midweek offseason price of nearly $180.00 per night is just plain greedy and will soon price them out of the withering Rehoboth/Lewes market. My 3rd floor room was extremely loud most likely due to cheap construction. 4 doors down from the elevators and I could clearly hear the chiming/ringing as the elevator passed the 2nd floor and arrived at the third-floor day and night. Simple shutting of doors, walking, farting, normal level sounds like they were all just outside my door. Unless I could get a reasonable rate and have access to a room on the end of the third floor, I would not stay here again...…
First time in three years to the beach area and first time at this hotel. Impressed with the hotel appearance and the staff. They went out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Destiny at the front dest was especially helpful and kind. I would definitely return in the future.
Stayed for two nights for a family event. Clean, flawless service and professional staff. After we left, my son though he forgot an item, I called and staff checked the room for the item. Impressive and professional. No qualms about staying here again. The only nit was that my old GPS did not recognize the event. Costal Highway (Highway 1) and Savannah road gets you close enough.
I ablsolutely love this hotel. The rooms were so beautiful, and the staff delightful. There is so much to offer here. There is a heated salt water pool that was amazing. They also offer grills and seating if you want to cook outside, another seating area along the side of the hotel that offers privacy and a firepit that you can enjoy as well. There is a wonderful free hot breakfast each morning and is convenient to stores and restaurants in the area. And to top it off, as we were leaving the owner of the hotel stopped by to great us and to make sure that our stay was a good one. Never before have I received such excellant service. We would have stayed another night but this place is so well loved that there were no rooms left.
