Amazingly clean and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were even able to lend me a phone charger since I forgot mine. Customer service at this level is hard to find, they definitely went above and beyond. Also, the pool is huge and clean.

Hannah is everything and more. Staff is awesome. Always personable and attentive. Sales manager Hannah is awesome in every way. Goes far beyond her reach to solve any issues and make sure customer satisfaction is number 1 priority. This is how you promote business and ensure word of mouth increases demand. This is an awesome property and coming from marriot as a Titanium member, I feel as a discoverist i was acknowledged.

Fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Great experience at this "low end" Hyatt. Terrific indoor pool and the whole hotel was spotless. The hotel is located just off of coastal highway and can access just about anything in minutes.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The front office manager Ti Sayles sent us an email prior to our check-in date. Ti ensured that he and his team are ready to help us when needed. When we got to the hotel we were greeted with warm hand-written letters and personalized goodies. I am a frequent traveler with hotel statuses with most larger American chains including Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, and Hilton. I can attest that this level of personalized, warm hospitality is rare across any properties in the world. Hyatt house is a limited service properties unlike Waldorf Astoria, Grand Hyatt, or Ritz Carlton. In other words, the Hyatt House management chose to go out of their way to make sure our stay is welcomed and pleasant. For that, I sincerely thank Ti and his team. Also, thanks Corinne for reaching out to me personally as well. Honest Tips. Pros: • Excellent support staff from the GM to breakfast staff. • Convenient location for shopping and eating. • A major outlet malls with no sales tax is minutes from the hotel. • 10 to 15 minute drive away from beautiful east-coast beaches. • Full kitchen and everything you need for cooking. We normally stay at the Hyatt place in Dewey, but decided to try this new hotel. Absolutely love the amenities, the pool, the breakfast, the fire pit and the staff. I like the location, even though there’s no view, because it conveniently located near everything! Will definitely be back. Loved the friendly staff and clean hotel.

Very nice motel to stay at and the staff is very attentive to the guests. The breakfast was pretty good but I think it could have been a lot better. The pool area was very clean and the pool itself was big and well taken care of.

This new hotel is clean, modern and has awesome staff. We stay at many hotels every year and this one was a particular highlight, and also great value for money. Hotel is located at Five Points, which is about half way between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, which is great if you have transport. Free parking helps too.
