This was our first time staying at The Homestead (never been to any B&B) and it was amazing!!! Book was very easy over the phone and they offer a veteran discount and dog friendly. We booked for in August for 5 days/4 nights. Room: We booked the Carriage House Loft (2nd floor of the Carriage House). The area was perfect because we were traveling with our 3year old chocolate lab. The room was large, very clean and had a homey feeling. The king size bed was very comfy, the bathroom was large and I loved the dual sinks. The kitchen area had a small fridge with mini freezer, toaster, silverware, etc. There was a Keurig with K-cups, sugar and creamer. We absolutely loved having the deck and our dog loved to sit outside enjoying the herself. The room also offered Free WiFi and had a smart TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. Breakfast: Breakfast was wonderful each day. Joe and Dave offered a special dish each morning along with other amazing breakfast items. The waffles with the homemade apple topping was to die for!!! The bacon was the perfectly cooked! Since we were in the loft breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the morning. Since there was a Keurig in the room we were able to to make coffee to go with our breakfast. Joe and Dave also offer juice's with breakfast. Pool: Having a pool was defiantly a bonus for when we weren't at the beach. The pool was very clean, had plenty of chairs, music from the speakers and the temperature of the water was perfect!! Dog area: The dog area was large and big enough for several dogs. The B&B offered poo bags and a trashcan to dispose of your dogs droppings. Our dog is loves fetching her tennis ball and this area was the perfect size for her to run out some of that energy. There is also an area where owners can sit and enjoy coffee or a cocktail while there dog is roaming the area. We loved that there was a dog was station on the property so when we returned from the beach our pup could get the sand off. Parking: Plenty of parking for each guest! We will defiantly be returning guests!!!

The Homestead B & B at Rehoboth was the most lovely, CLEAN, and hospitable place we have stayed in at the Resort. Joe and Dave were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were amazing, and delivered to our Cottage, and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Nothing negative to say at all - just make a reservation and relax!

We completed another enjoyable stay at the Homestead B&B at Rehoboth (we try to get there annually) and can't say enough about the cleanliness of the inn, delicious homemade breakfasts, and overall relaxing "vibe". We particularly enjoy staying at the Cottage since we have 2 dogs and we have private access to a fenced back yard. Thank you Joe and David for your hospitality!

Adults only… i like kids but it was so quiet & nice. Dog friendly, we have a husky & he loved the back yard of The Cottage. It was perfect for us. The night before you get a text of the breakfast menu. Joe actually delivered our breakfast since we were staying in the cottage. My favorite was the pool. It was nice & refreshing. They also have a lighted bocci court. Only a few miles from downtown Rehoboth. It was a win-win for us. Can’t wait to go back.

This was the most charming bed and breakfast! Literally zero complaints! Bed sleep in a very long time- the beds were so comfortable and LOVED that there was a ceiling fan in addition to ac. The night prior you receive a text with breakfast menu. Breakfast is phenomenal! If you’re lucky order the chicken parm frittata. The grounds are immaculate, everything lush and green. The pool is perfect! We didn’t even want the beach! You won’t regret your stay here!!

We have stayed at the Homestead many times, with two different dogs over the years. The B&B is a little oasis at the beach and amazing for dogs. Every room so beautiful, the breakfast and accommodations are perfect, and our dogs love the space to run around and play! The B&B location is perfect for whatever activities you have planned!

Had a really great stay at this B&B. I haven’t really stayed at B&Bs in the past, but thought it would be a cute option for a weekend getaway to Rehoboth Beach. This was also my first time at the Delaware Beaches, but hopefully the first of many. I really appreciated how easy it was to stay here with keypads for locking and unlocking the doors and easy access to lots of amenities on the property, including a sizable fenced in pet area, Keurig machine for coffee and tea, ice machine, and a collection of DVDs and books. The breakfasts each of the two mornings we were there were plentiful and delicious. Great ways to start our travel days! The property itself is well-maintained and Joe and David are very helpful and friendly innkeepers! I’d definitely recommend staying here for anyone interested in a B&B in the area.

This was our first experience with a B&B instead of a hotel, and I’m so glad we did! The room was nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable, our dogs were welcome with amenities just for them, the hosts are friendly, and the breakfast are amazing! We loved it so much that we booked 2 more weekend in the next few months.

The Homestead is one of our favorite "go to" getaways with our dogs since it only 2 hours away from home and we always have such a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We love staying in the Cottage since it is like having our very own little apartment with a backyard for the dogs to roam. The amenities and service is always top notch. The homemade breakfasts are delicious!! I can't say enough positive things about this bed and breakfast.
