I stayed here over the Christmas weekend. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, the tub/shower had a grab bar, the breakfast buffet included selections suitable for my diabetic diet. The only negative aspect was a antiquated room heater that sounded like an antiquated washing machine. They definitely need to...

We've been staying there for years. It used to be a fresh budget hotel in a good location, now it is tired and less clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful, but I think this will be the last time until it is fully renovated.

I stayed at the Inn at Wilmington in October 2016 for 5 days. My major concern was getting a room that had been used by guests that brought their pets. I was told that the 3rd and 4th floor was never used by guests with pets. The Operations Manager made sure I had a room I was satisfied with and...

Great location for all things in North Wilmington. Very friendly front desk staff, comfortable beds, nice room. Marked down a little in the stars rating due to poor breakfast (although the oatmeal was good under the skin across the top) and trash in the stairwell. Most people don't use the stairs so they would probably be fine, the elevators were...

Stayed here 2 nights. Rooms were clean. I had a double queen room. Good size. The room had a mini refrigerator in it. Free breakfast was standard. Not a big variety but did have a waffle maker. Close to everything. Only 10 minutes from DuPont estate and less than a half hour to longwood gardens. Would stay again.
