guest in room above apparently likes to take showers outside of tub, causing water to come through our bathroom ceiling and flooding the floor. Wife slipped and fell on wet floor in the dark Night clerk was no help and offered to change our room (3;30 am and 12 degrees out) . Breakfast was worst I've ever had at a...

Located close to I-95 with a great restaurant next door. Breakfast included at hotel. Outdoor swimming pool. 5 minutes from Nemours and Hagley Museum. 20 minutes to Mt Cuba and Winterthur. Less than 30 minutes to Longwood Gardens. Great restaurants in the area.

Outstanding hotel; very clean room, extremely comfortable bed, perfect location, local grocery store and diner within 2-minute walking distance. Shuttle service to and from train station and local hospital (Nemours). Stayed here primarily for fellowship interview. Lobby breakfast convenient and frankly delicious, with lots of choices ranging from scrambled eggs to cannon yogurt. Staff very friendly. Would stay hear again...

The ladies at the reservation area were very pleasant. Both the evening and morning managers were very professional. We brought our dog with us and she was very comfortable at the Inn. Very pleasant experience.

Very quiet place to stay. The rooms are comfy and the staff is courteous. The only.negatives i would give the hotel is the decor of the rooms, a little outdated and gives of motel vibe. I would stay here again

convenient - arrived without a reservation and got a great room in the Courtyard - personnel were super friendly and my room was spotless - bathrooms small but clean - my room had a DVD player and a printer for my computer - with supplies! Red Box next door for the DVD player and free movies at the Front Desk

Great location, very friendly staff, good value. Rooms somewhat dated but comfortable. Close to parks, museums, great restaurants, shopping. Many within walking distance. Nice breakfast options, fresh cookies, coffee and tea in evening.

The price is more than reasonable, the location is perfect. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean. It is pretty dated, the rooms are tiny, furniture could be better arranged to increase space. Although clean, due to age, old air-conditioner etc. it was a bit musty. The rooms are really too small for two people. Would be okay for one, I...
