Venus is the reason you didnt get 5 stars. She tried to talk down to us in regards to the upgrade process and the differences between checking in with a bebit card vs a credit card. I have traveled the world. I know the difference. She didn't know what adjacent meant. She literally drew a map for ME to understand...

Load, crazy good for kids but bad for adults. Regency Club is below Hyatt standards and serves pre boiled egss. Service by the pool was very slow. Service at the restaurants also slow and every single meal was different than what we ordered. I found a couple of the front desk staff members to be cold and uncaring.

We stayed on the 18th floor. I have to say there is so much attention to details that I was desperately trying to find anything to complain about. Every hotel has some little worn spot or issue, but I am really stretching to find anything wrong with the Hyatt. OK, when I took a shower some water still came out...

Positives: Nice hotel, fun pools, lots of spaces to relax, great activities for kids, fun boat to awesome beach Negatives: were mislead about lazy river access which was very disappointing to children, unfriendly staff, one downright rude staff member when we were accidentally charged for parking and asked for it to be taken off, food was not good in upscale...

Stayed over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Everything about the stay really was perfect, starting with the glass of champagne at check-in. The basics: Hyatt status was recognized and rewarded. Rooms were clean and in good working order. Housekeeping kept up with the holiday demand for both morning service and evening turndown service. The pool and beach area were open,...

Stayed at this hotel late 2015, so this review is a little late in coming. Really liked this hotel for a lot of small thoughtful touches: -welcome cocktail (champagne)! -basket of fresh fruit and refreshing fruit infused water in the lobby - small light at base of end tables triggered by motion - no more stumbling in the dark! -...

I read all the wonderful review and the few that were less positive but have to admit that it exceeded my expectations. It's hard to find hotels that say they are a resort and really are. This one is a true resort with clean, nice rooms, delicious food, beautiful grounds, pools and activities. I was impressed with the dolphin/sunset cruise....

Though I did not enjoy what I consider a long drive to get to this location, I did enjoy the stay, the site, and its amenities. The availability of different types of water activities without having to be in Orlando or near a theme park was great. There is plenty for the whole family to do- water slides/activities, shopping, fishing,...
