Beautiful rooms, lots of recreational activities, excellent staff, and great food! Besides that, the beds were comfortable, the elevators were fast, and the rooms were quiet. The only quirk is that the pool and hot tubs close at dusk, which in early January comes way too early.

It was an amazing experience! A beautiful hotel and lovely rooms, with balconies overlooking the gulf. We loved seeing the sunsets and fireworks from our balcony. The pool and surrounding area was thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the boat ride to their exclusive island. Loved the beautiful shells. We enjoyed our anniversary and all of the New Year's Celebrations, champagne,...

Spent a lovely two nights at this fantastic hotel. At night, the grounds are lit up with tiki torches and you can hear the waterfall from the pool and it is magical! There's music in the gardens and you can have a drink and it feels like a real vacation. The work out rooms were lovely and I also enjoyed...

This is a very pleasant hotel. Rooms are nicely designed with double-sink baths. Did not try restaurants as we like to be adventurous when traveling. The one exception is Orchids at the Hakekulani in Honolulu. Best hotel restaurant bar none!

Great experience and loved the property - had everything needed. Was here for combined business/personal purpose and would highly recommend for both. Service was excellent and food was great. Beautiful property and took advantage of the boat service to private boat. Every staff member was so friendly and went out of their way to take care of us.

This place is beautiful! The staff was pleasant and always helpful. The kids enjoyed the pools. The boat ride to the beach was amazing! We loved having a beach bascially all to ourselves. I do recommend taking a little cooler with drinks lunch or snacks....they don't sell food or drink on the private island.

Room service was poor, first day they took all the hand towels and did not replace them, second day they left us with just 1 bath towel. Overall cleaning of the room was just average. The friendliness of the staff was just average . I also own at the Royal Resorts and they make you feel like you're at home....

First, it's beautiful! They let us check in at 10am, here for a conference, so that is a super plus plus. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They have several pools. I like they have an adult pool away for the kiddie pool. Restaurants are very good too. Standard high end restaurants. Our room is spotless....smells fresh. If we are...
