We love this place! We first found it by accident. What a lucky day for us! Each building has 2-3 apartments. Bedroom, kitchen, full bath, more closet space than even I need. Pool on sound side, with long dock for fishing or just hanging out. The ocean is at most a few hundred steps the other way. ( The island...

Our visit to Tradewinds proved far more than expected! We rented a beautiful cottage, #35, that faced the Gulf. We were pleasantly surprised by the ammenities: full kitchen with updated appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast bar and dinette; comfortable king sized bed in main bedroom & queen sized in 2nd bedroom; open porch as well as screened in porch with...

Tradewinds We had a north side unit which has three units per building. We had the middle unit, but there was only one family on the east side. Although they had a small dog, we never heard any noise between the units. The units would be fine for a couple but were cramped with an additional two children. Good for...

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at Tradewinds Beach Resort. It was a very nice stay! Before we arrived I e-mailed the resort and mentioned we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary while there. Upon check-in we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a gift certificate. Nice touch! We stayed in room 21, which is by...

We stayed in a North Cottage the week of September 12, 2016. We choice this hotel because it was pet friendly. The cottage had a nice small yard directly in the front. The room was exceptionally clean. The pool was very nice. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and very close to nice restaurants and...

Everything about our visit was awesome. From check in to check out great friendly service. The front desk attendants were smiling every time we asked for new beach towels. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The beach is a walk across Gulf drive to the most beautiful sand you've ever seen. Restaurants within walking distance or a...

We stayed at Tradewinds Resort for 5-nights in July. We asked for an end unit on the north side, by the pool, with a king size bed. When I called for reservations, the girl said I couldn't reserve a given room number but when we arrived, we were put in a unit that is exactly what we requested. We had...

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving on their Tradewinds Resort as it is very Key West , beach themed and peaceful. We were able to grill out in the lawn of their Resort, which faces...

We stayed in one of the south cottages for three days in June 2016. Everything was exactly as expected based on others' reviews: staff were accommodating without be intrusive, our cottage was immaculate and well-stocked, and the overall vibe was funky and laid-back. Just what we were looking for. There is no shortage of recreational options: beach, pool, shopping and...
