My experience was so great the room was awesome, very clean pool was great very clean environment I would go back anytime and would recommend anyone to stay there, they also has a lot of activities/ events each month that's great, just watching the previews on TV you would see all the fun you could have at Melia Hotel I love it.

Being our first hotel in the United States to implement Surfacide, also winning our Non-Health Division is an incredible accomplishment. The team performed more successful cycles than gyms like Beach Body Studios on the west coast, dentists, schools and more across the country. I went here a while back ! And had a great service i forgot to right the review.. lovely place to stay if you are doing Disney or universal would reccomend! They remembered my girlfriends birthday upgraded our room for free! Treated us fantastically gave us points , sent us lovely emails. I emailed them before and told them it was my girlfriends birthday and they gave us a suite . Absolutely superb service. Great hotel ! Comfortable

Excellent hotel with ample free parking . Good resturant choices . All in all highly recommended. Shuttle seevice ,clean rooms bath water hot and powerful. Good resturants around ,walgreens nearby , the stay was restful and the hospital nearby.

We enjoyed ourselves.we had a great time.. It was a weekend getaway. Drinks at pool were awesome.and the Staff was very pleasant . We will return again for another stay in the near future. I liked this hotel . I stayed in 2 bedrooms suite. Rooms are big, 2 huge full bathrooms, Living room. Dinning and full kitchen. Everything is cleaned. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers with big family or with kids.

The resort itself wasn't too bad. Our specific room had wood floors that looked like they were done by an elementary school class. There were huge gaps and very unprofessional. Looked like a DIY job. Every time we tried to call the front desk nobody answered and we had to walk down every time. One of the times I asked for extra towels and received them 4 hours later only because I just asked a random cleaner in the hallway. If you have a poolside room its a nice view but If you don't get one your view will be horrible.

Nice pool grounds. Check in would have been bad if it wasn’t for Ashley from New York. She was finally able to get us room we booked before 4 pm check in time. The rooms are a bit old looking and the living room couch cushions were sagging. The blackout curtains in one of the rooms had holes in them that you won’t know until the sun shines through. Still was a comfortable stay. We used the microwave and the stove occasionally which help heat up and cook some canned food. Loved how th e resort on a Sunday had a bunch of vendors all around the pool selling stuff. Nice touch that they get the community involved. Didn’t eat at the restaurant since we visited many other establishments around town.

Great experience at the hotel. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Well organized and nice facilities. BUT the bus schedule was horrible. Bus schedule needs to include service to all parks for opening times, and pick up from all parks at a reasonable time so people can see the last fireworks shows and still have time to get to the shuttle for pick up. 10:05 doesn’t cut it at magic kingdom, need to add a 10:30 pick up as well. Since this was so frustrating, I will not be recommending this hotel.

I can't say enough about the staff, room, food and locale. Everything was excellent! I highly recommend the Melia. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The food at The Wilson was delicious. The locale is convenient to all attractions.
