Hotel's Favourite
Love this place! Everyone helpful and friendly. We love Toni at the front desk! She's the best! Place is very clean and always something to do. Music all day. Live bands at night. Bars and food right on premises. Walk a bit down the street you have the beach, restaurants and shopping. We stay here twice a year for 6 years. Nothing beats Shephards Beach Resort!

From the Valet parking, to the first step on the property, this place does not dissapoint ! Friendly and knowleagble staff, Clean and well maintained property, beautiful veiws, and the best music on the beach. My wife and I had the best time in years. Food was top notch, and great drinks. Compfortable beds with well laid out rooms.I would highly reccomend this resort!

Came to Shepards for an annual friend's reunion. The hotel was clean, the staff was attentive and welcoming but one person truly stood out....Toni at reception. She stood out. From the moment we checked in to every little request we had along the way, she delivered with a smile and a good word. She made us all feel welcomed and made our stay even more pleasant than usual. Thank you Shepards for a great weekend and for having such great people on your staff, such as Toni. Her service and accommodating demeanor is one of the reasons we will be back! Thanks Toni 😊 Also, her fancy, intricate nails are so darn pretty!!

Everything was wonderful. Food was great, entertainment was great. Toni checked us in and out and she was fabulous! The resort had everything we could need. Don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to.

Very satisfied with overall service, definitely will be returning to the resort! The drinks are very good, I’d like to start my day with a Malibu bucket for the rest of my life. Matt is the best bartender. Toni is awesome!

Just got back from Shepards. This is the 4th time I have been there, and every trip is awesome! I have no complaints about the resort, other than I couldn’t use my tumbler to keep my drinks cold. Toni at check in is amazing, so friendly and helpful! She was very welcoming from the start and every encounter I had with her was pleasant! Garrett was our server on the beach and he’s a real hustler, very attentive and quick! Todd the bartender at soak is always great!

I come to the resort multiple times a year. I refuse to stay anywhere else. The service is always great, the energy at the pool and beach is unmatched and you have everything you need in one spot. Toni always takes such good care of me when I stay. Already booking another trip back!
