What an amazing hotel!!!! From the minute we pulled up to valet we were treated like royalty!!!!! No joke!!!! The Lobby is drop dead gorgeous!!!!! Check in was awesome!!!! Elijana at the front desk was extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with!!! Our room was spectacular!!! It even passed my white glove test!!! Excellent job housekeeping!!! The pool bar is awesome!!! We were served by Reese. Lunch was delicious and beer was ice cold!!! Reese treated us like we were regular customers she’s know for years!!! Before dinner we had a few cocktails in the lobby bar!!!! I haven’t had that much fun with a bartender in years!!!! Thank you Melissa for the superb Bourbon Sour and for an hour or so of belly laughs!!! You are awesome!!!!! There were many other staff members we met that were just as wonderful and attentive!!!!! Reis was our bartender at the Pool lounge. She gave Great service and was a lot of fun interacting with us ! Drinks and food were great. Definitely pricey, but the service was great . Pool area is small but very nice. Would visit again.

The AC Marriott was one of our greatest experiences! We stayed at the AC for December 18, 2022 through January 9, 2023 and I cannot say enough kind words about the staff, the entire staff was truly amazing, from Eric, Natasha, Kelly, Paul, Jamie, Jolita, Lena, and Reece to the valet guys, all amazing and made our trip awesome (in spite of several days of cold weather), all we truly the best of the best! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home, Kelly even made my wife a birthday cake! This is truly a remarkable group of people.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and the front desk staff and bar staff were terrific, friendly. The hotel is brand new and very clean. The pool is lovely albeit small for an outdoor destination. A couple of issues we experienced: housekeeping service is every other day which in a hotel charging $350-600/noght minimum is unacceptable. We aren’t in the depths of Covid anymore. Furthermore, when housekeeping came they didn’t refill the body wash dispenser or remove dirty dishes from the room. Not impressed. Lastly, I can’t understand why the rooms were designed without an exhaust fan in the bathroom. There’s no way to rid the room of steam and smells as the windows don’t open. A very strange design oversight for an otherwise well thought out hotel. We enjoyed our stay, these are just things that shouldn’t be an issue at this price point.…

The staff at the hotel was great. Anything we asked for was provided quickly. It feels like there wasn’t a lot of thought put into the design of the hotel. The pool is tiny and has ten chairs and no umbrellas. We upgraded to a balcony room but there is no furniture on them to enjoy sitting out there. The lights are on sensors and challenging to navigate, especially in the middle of the night. The bars were never open when they said they would be. The roof bar was closed our entire stay even though it was supposed to be open. We never saw the pool bar open either. We were told they closed early a couple days. Coffee and food options are limited. You can make your own coffee using a Nespresso machine or there is one coffee carafe. Housekeeping is every other day which to me is unacceptable. Marriott has continued the practice after Covid and it’s annoying. I’m paying for a room every night and I want housekeeping every day!…

Perfect stay. Much better than staying on the main strip. Bay side rooms have the best water views - better and more beautiful than the ocean. Service was above and beyond - food excellent and very reasonably priced (between $8-15 per dish). Would return - great staff, great facility. Brand new hotel (only 5 months old). Give them a chance - you wont regret it.

Close to the beach and restaurants.Comfortable, valet parking, super modern , nice pool area and rooftop bar. Excellent service thanks to Angelica at the breakfast buffet. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

This new hotel in the heart of Clearwater Beach did not disappoint. Exceptionally clean! We were fortunate to have one of the few ocean facing rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. Our experience was enhanced by Eric, the bartender, who made the best Old Fashioned I have ever had! He was attentive, energetic, and very personable each time we passed by or stopped for a drink. McKenzie at the front desk was also friendly and went out of her way to pleasantly accommodated our room requests, including securing the room with a balcony. There are many places to stay in Clearwater--we will return to this location!
