Truly an amazing place! Clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and very nice access to beach. Cabana had excellent food and fair prices. Tiffany at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Jorge and Mark were excellent with hospitality. Everyone was awesome. Cleaning was top priority of staff. We plan on returning next Summer and I’m sure we will be just as pleased. Just one thought. Please put a comfortable chair in rooms.

What a great experience this hotel was. Every staff member was just so nice and accommodating. Big shout out to Raphael in the front desk. He always asked us if everything was OK anytime we passed by the lobby. He even gave us a nice tour at check in. Rooms were clean and food at the restaurant was delicious. We went to relax and that's exactly what this hotel provided. Thank you!

In calling before we arrived I had the pleasure of speaking with Brad B. He ensured us we were in a beautiful location just steps from the beachfront & only a few steps into the ocean. He also made sure we had a wonderful room that walked out to the pool & through another gate right onto the beach (123). He is truly a gem for this resort & goes above & beyond to make your stay incredible! You could open the curtains/door to see & hear the ocean from your room. The hotel was very clean & eco friendly which was an added delight. There was a slight issue with our door/gate sticking. Brandon from the beach security was more than willing to help us out & make sure we were taken care of. He visited with us talking about the area & making us feel most welcome. This was an excellent, family-friendly hotel! We had the oceanfront room, which was nice and spacious. The staff were very helpful and courteous, especially Melanie "Mel" who worked the beach cabana rentals and valet. She was awesome, always there & ready to help. We loooved the inlet, which was perfect for the kids to swim in. Due to the beach being private, we were unable to bring our own coolers to the beach, which was the only inconvenience, but the bar food and drinks were slammin' which made up for it. The weekend DJ who played Reggie music made it a real vibe! All in all, we'd definitely come back!

What a beautiful hotel. The first day we got to the hotel the elevators smell amazing. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful. Melanie went above and beyond. The beach is breathtaking! The staff takes pride in keeping it cleaning and makes sure you’re taken care. I will be coming back! Thank you for an amazing experience!

From the moment we arrived, my husband and I were greeted with kindness by all the staff! Melanie assisted us on arrival @ the parking garage with the warmest smile and again when with our beach chairs on the beach. She continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay to be sure we taken care of. Anna was wonderful too, she provided us with all the necessary supplies we asked for. I highly recommend trying to Evy’s Terrace bar and bistro! Gina made our dinner experience so memorable. She made amazing cocktails and advised on the menu choices! Great waterside destination. Melanie who handles the grounds and is the first to greet you at the parking deck, starts your stay off with a cheerful smile and joyful attitude!! The property is older but is clean and well kept. Easy walking distance to all things Clearwater.
