This place is dirty. They don't allow pets for some and allow them for others. There are so many dope heads staying there. If you are as lucky as us you might find a bag of heroine and needles in the ashtray.

This hotel was actually the most convenient one I have found in the area. The breakfast and room were great. The beds were comfortable. I did get the room I requested. Parking was convenient as long as you didn't come back too late.

I stay there most times I come back to FL (which is about twice a year), because of location. But it hasn't been upgraded in many years and continues to go downhill. Breakfast has improved. Desk staff is nice.

Worst LaQuinta I've ever stayed in. First the tv could not run channels in order... I thought it was the remote so I went to Front Desk my first night and the replacement remote did the same. Second was the shower.. More water came out of the spout when you had the diverter engaged. The tub drain could not keep up with the water going in so you was standing in dirty water the whole time of the shower. The Front desk clerk who checked me in was always very nice I do not remember her name. She was there every morning and she showed me the work orders were put in place. I am a seasoned Maintenance man and a 20 year veteran in the hotel industry. The room I stayed in is in bad need of Preventive Maintenance (PM) many paint chips on the wall, The A/C filter needs cleaning, Moldy caulking around the shower wall Main hallway carpets need cleaning. And not maintenance but the breakfast buffet was just plain gross. I would not recommend this property are there are PLENTY of other hotels to stay in the area.…

I was bitten by fleas within minutes of entering my room. Front-staff seemed to expect the complaint and said it was a pet-friendly hotel (my pets don't like fleas either). Very dirty elevators, floor rugs and room. Would not stay here.

The first Room seemed nice until I opened the fridge and 2 small live roaches greeted me! I asked to switch rooms. The second room I go to run the shower, as I pull up on the knob the entire faucet comes off! I go back down to get a third room. As soon as I open the door a roach falls from the door jam! Several others dead and alive are also in the room! I told them I was not paying for them to be in the room with me and exterminated them all! This is unacceptable! This place needs to be exterminated thoroughly! I’ve never been to a LaQuinta so disgusting!

The room was clean, but the halls were filthy, the bathroom tub had been painted and was peeling, it just wasn't a "nice" place to stay. The staff was extremely nice so it almost makes you feel bad for leaving a poor review but honestly I'd never stay there again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Our room was very noisy from outside noise, stains on curtains and carpets, not well maintained at all. Complete filth behind the nightstand. Needs a major refurbishment. Computers were down at check in which slowed that process. No to go breakfasts for those catching early flights.

Not recommended. Up keep and maintenance were poor at best. Empty condom boxes and wrappers littered the back parking lot. Thank goodness there were no used ones on the ground. Also numerous beer cans and case boxes up against the fence. I was traveling alone, but if my wife and family were with me we most certainly would have cancelled here and went elsewhere

We needed an airport close to us a hotel due to an early departure flight. The hotel itself was quite rundown, the hallway and rooms had an unpleasant smell. The couch in the room had questionable stains on it, and I definitely would not be sitting on it. The bed was comfortable. Towels were clean and water pressure was good with hot water available.
