Best hotel stay I've ever had! Originally started as a group as part of a conference. They were amazing hosts for the conference. Stayed an additional day just me and the wife for my birthday. My husband and I had a 3 night stay in this hotel in order to attend a friend's wedding in Clearwater. We would have given this a higher rating if the air conditioner wasn't so loud. Neither one of us were able to sleep on our first night. The next day, we let the front desk know about the problem and asked if we could get a different room. They let us check out another one, but the air conditioner in that room was worse than what we had! So we went back to our room later in the day and there was a note from the maintenance department saying that they had fixed our unit. It was a little quieter, but still noisy so we decided to stay put for another 2 days. We stopped at a CVS to buy earplugs in order to help the situation and it definitely helped. Do not stay here for the airport shuttle service. We made a reservation (twice) and then the next day when we went down for the shuttle we were told the shuttle service was not working that day. Very Frustrating! The front desk offered to call us a taxi, which of course was not free! Ha! What a joke!

Room was clean and fresh. Front desk clerk pleasant and friendly. Gentleman behind the bar in the restaurant was professional and enjoyable to speak with during dinner. Chef Robert, prepared a perfectly delicious sirloin with specially seasoned loaded mashed potatoes.

This hotel is clean as you would expect from a Holiday Inn and located very close to the St. Petersburg/Clearwater (PIE) airport. Staff was for the most part friendly. What you would expect for a Holiday Inn. However, this is an older Holiday Inn. Beds were very uncomfortable, AC unit did not function correctly, and there was a musty smell in the hallways. A free Continental breakfast is not provided even though the rooms cost more than I have ever paid at any other Holiday Inn. Breakfast was an additional minimum charge of $10 plus tax per person. And, if you are expecting a shuttle to the airport - go elsewhere. Upon booking with a live staff member and at check-in I was promised shuttle service to the airport; I just had to let them know the night before when I needed it. Both times the staff was informed as to when I needed it. The night before leaving I spoke with the gal at the front desk and was told she could not authorize a late check out nor shuttle service; and told me I had to speak with the desk staff in the morning. Early the next morning, upon speaking with staff I was told that they could not provide the promised shuttle service as it was not being offered until 3 p.m. Mind you check out is at 11 a.m. The reason I chose this hotel was because of past experience with Holiday Inns and the offered shuttle service. The next time I am in the Tampa area, I will definitely stay elsewhere.…

Came here just for 1 night, of coursed checked out their breakfast. Although it wasn’t what we expected but Ruth our waitress took good care of us and was very nice and fun to our 3 year old! Enjoyed our time eating!

We arrived shortly after midnight. The customer service was exceptional. The woman was very friendly even at that late hour. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC was cold, just how we like it. Everybody we encountered this morning was friendly and engaging while our family watched the World Cup in the breakfast area. I gave 4 stars because the main elevators are out of service so everybody has to use the one service elevator which isn’t really convenient.

We needed a hotel to stay at after a long flight in. This hotel is just down the road from the St. Petersburg airport. Unfortunately we had to get an Uber because their shuttle was not running due to staffing. The staff are very nice. The restaurant/ bar was fantastic. Michael who waited on us, very nice. The food was great. A CVS is in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Stayed at this Holiday Inn for a group function. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfy, and the staff is amazing. The banquet staff did a wonderful job for our party. Special shout out to Sergio, front desk manager for his help. Would stay here again.

The 2 guest elevators were out of service and everyone had to use the service elevator. It was obvious this was an ongoing issue. "Waiting for parts" we were told. Our room was OK, but the A/C was noisy. Very slow check-in. We used their PAID parking for a short trip and were told "just call and the shuttle will pick you up". I called at 2:40pm on a Thursday, not a holiday. I was informed "the shuttle doesn't begin running until 3pm". At 3:15pm, I called and was told they would send someone "soon". Not a good experience. The driver was pleasant and efficient; apparently not aware of the front desk screw-up.
