Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no body. There are 2 different hotels across from the street. They say nothing about that. Hotel room was very dirty and beds were horrible. Not been here for a full day. We asked about pool towels and they had said we had to walk across the street to get them. Blankets and pillows anything extra, have to walk to across the street. Very cheap and by the looks of this hotel I will never be coming back.

Do not stay in this hotel two hours after arriving, the police came to our door and said we had 15 minutes to leave because we complained about the room we got we asked for room 200 because it was a disability room, and both of my children are disabled and so am I and we were refused that room. I made the reservations a year in advance.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it was clean. Everything in my room was extremely old. The electrical outlets would not hold a plug. The front door had a huge gap in it and let in enormous amounts of light. It was also rusted. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but was very old. The front desk employee, Garrett, needs to be sent to customer service school. One of the most unfriendliest hotel employee I’ve encountered. I’m only giving this a 2 because the cleaners were very good. Never again

We stayed for my 40th birthday vacation and our first day we got locked in our room . We had to cancel our dinner reservations and missed our boat . They didn't offer to help other then moving our room for a night and we had to move back the next morning. I was very disappointed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stayed yesterday 04/09/2022, it was my wife's birthday and we decided to stay two families in a suite, after arriving from the beach we realized that the air conditioning in the room did not work ... and so it stayed all night, frontdesk they only gave me a fan to spend the night and to open the door of the room so that it would cool the entire property ... They said they couldn't do anything else .... the next day they only told me that they would refund me $60 when the room was approximately $230 per night including the parking lot ... I would have gone to another hotel but at 10 pm my wife and 2-year-old baby sleeping we would not go out looking for accommodation ... we had to put a mattress in front of the room on the THANK YOU FOR MAKING US SPEND A HORRIBLE NIGHT AND FOR STEALING OUR MONEY.…

The Clearwater Hotel is in a very good location to the main beach. Beautiful views! The Air conditioning is rock solid and the room was clean. No tub though - only shower. Be aware that there are two buildings to this complex across the street from one another. One two level motel and one five level hotel type. The five level is much older building - this is where we stayed - good value for the money. I would have preferred the newer two level motel but didn't realize when I booked that there were two buildings. Two on sight pools was nice and very close to lots of restaurants.

We didn't appreciate the toilet running and leaking water. The sinks was stopped up. The sink was also leaking brown water on the bottom of the vanity and floor. This was very unsanitary and it gave the whole room a disgusting feeling. Lastly, we couldn't charge our phones. Only 1 electric out working in the room. And unfortunately, it was in the bathroom. We did complain to the of city and they did absolutely nothing about it.

I had such a good timer visiting Clearwater I didn’t want my vacation to end! I jokingly walked In to see how much for an extra night and Laura gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse! What was even better was when I walked into the room. It has a spacious living room and big master room. The bed is super comfy. It also has full fridge and microwave. The pool is clean! There is a ice cream parlor right next door for a late night snack! Laura was awesome! She recommended great places to eat and I will be returning! Thanks Laura!

Place is of poor standard. Didnot tell us of construction site at rear of property working from 0630hours onwards. Room of poor standard. Lots of peopleusing drugs in the motel part. I observed at least 3 rooms that smelled strongly on cannibis. TWith patrons siting out the front of their rooms,openly smoking !!! Not family friendly. I knew it was low budget expected that but really would not advise families to stay will never use again

I can’t knock this place . No, it’s not luxurious . The pillows are small and lumpy and the mattresses are well used. It’s not on the beach, it’s on a noisy and busy corner. Don’t plan on going to bed early, there is a rooftop night club across the street but the music stops at 11:00 pm. However, the a/c is ice cold and the bathrooms are clean. If you’re on a budget and are not picky, then this is the place to stay .
