I was attracted to the old-Florida, low-rise, grassy open space and casual, no-pressure environment located right on the beach and for a great price! Its a few minutes' walk to many restaurants, bars, the library, shopping and entertainment, such as there is. Right on the trolley line; get a pass rather than pay by the ride if you use it...

Sea Aire motel is an older but very well-maintained place to stay. It was very comfortable and had a nice little kitchenette. Right outside the door was a grassy courtyard with picnic shelter looking out to the ocean! Water spigot there to rinse Sandy feet off. A very nice, quiet beach. The manager was very helpful and we felt the...

We stayed here for one night at the start of our 18 day Florida road trip. The motel is ideally located right on the Atlantic Ocean front with its own private beach access. There are restaurants and beach bars within walking distance of 5-10 mins, including 2 great beach bars. The motel is quite dated, but we didn't mind it...

Nice little place on the beach. Walk out your room to nice and well kept landscaping, then your on the beach. Doesn't get any better :) The rooms are out dated, but the beds are comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We only stayed one night, left on a cruise the next day but we vowed to return...

We spent the night here after a very long day @the Kennedy Space Center. It was the perfect place to unwind & relax & its right on the beach!! I normally don't do motels but this place (aside from being old) was very clean & i loved the outside landscaping, pastel colors & Titi style ambiance. There is a very...

The staff goes out of its way to welcome you and the property is a well-kept throwback to the '50s and '60s. Easy beach access, close to a variety of restaurants, plus a good place to watch the cruise ships enter and leave the Cocoa Beach port, or catch a rocket launch from the Cape. Best deal on the Space...

This motel is reasonably priced, has a great location, beautiful pavilion complete with grills/smokers and picnic tables and easy access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the rooms are perfectly nice for an inexpensive getaway. Will definitely stay here again. Great job, Sea Aire. Keep it up!

This hotel will never be considered luxurious, BUT the charm, staff, and grounds make up for it. The rooms are comfortable and very functional. Close walk to old cocoa village, with great restaurants all within walking distance. I am local but still go out of my way to stay there!

Our whole family was going down for the second-to-last shuttle launch. RCI is supposed to put us in high quality condos or suite hotels. This dump , built in the 50s, had fake stucco peeling off the walls, three teeny bedrooms, a kitchenette...they advertised 3 bedrooms and kitchen, but the whole thing was like a Henny Youngman routine--the room was...

A great location right on the beach, and far enough away from the busier parts of the beach. The rooms are a little dated, but this adds to the charm, and they are clean and the grounds very well maintained. We knew we'd like it as soon as we arrived and hurriedly booked another night! If you book with Booking.com...
