While this is an historic and beautiful property, no one cares about you. Three issues appeared during our stay and no one cared. While they use the luxury language such as beautiful, lovely, wonderful, my pleasure, our pleasure, terrific and so forth, no one really cares. I suspect this is because they really have no competition. They are located in...

We ended up at this hotel for a conference, and extended our stay to complete one week here. This is an outstanding property with exceptional staff and first class services. We found the location peaceful, safe, and beautiful. The bellman, the housekeeping, the bar service, the conference organizational support, and the food are all of the highest standard. The swimming...

The Biltmore is such a beautiful building. Built in the early 1920s, it retains all of its charm but requires some upgrading, especially the bedrooms. The most annoying thing in the bedrooms is that they have two TVs back to back. One facing the living room area and one facing the bed. When you switch one TV on or off...

My husband and I spent two nights here during a five-day visit to Florida to escape the brutal weather in New York. The hotel is very large and historic. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and nice bath products. The walls are a little on the thin side and you can hear the shower running in nearby rooms...

Yes, the Biltmore is an historic property with interesting architectural features. But it needs some updates. 1. These days, people travel with numerous devices that need charging. Laptop, tablets, phones. While the number of outlets in the room might have been satisfactory in the last century, these days much more outlets are needed. This could easily be remedied by putting...

We recently spent 4 nights while attending a reunion. We arrived about 10:30 pm, drove to the check in area with no one to be found, drove back down to the valet parking area only to be told we had to go back up the one lane drive. We pulled up, stopped, and were in the procees of getting our...

We recently had the opportunity to try the champagne Sunday brunch at the Biltmore. The historic location and the garden patio area are beautiful. Make sure to request a table on the patio because atmosphere is everything. In addition to being in the center of what is a buffet that is spread out over a large area, they have live...

Graced with effortless beauty and sophistication, The Biltmore Hotel is a national historic landmark located in the exclusive Coral Gables area with close proximity to Miami Beach and downtown Miami. The 273-room resort resembles classic Italian, Moorish, and Spanish architectural influences spread over 150-acres of tropical landscape. The hotel's dining destinations include the award winning Palme d'Or, recognized by Zagat as one of the best restaurants in the country; Fontana, a traditional Italian restaurant surrounding The Biltmore courtyard and fountain; the poolside Cascade and the 19th Hole Golf restaurant. The hotel also recently unveiled its culinary academy offering an array of hands-on cooking classes for adults and children. The Biltmore is one of South Florida's preferred sites for leisure and business travel, high-level corporate briefings, public policy conferences, and an extraordinary wedding destination.
