Price was reasonable. Could use a paint job and furniture is old. Beds are comfortable and view is great. Restaurant on property is good and reasonable. If you want fancy you will not be happy. If you want clean basic room with a great view. Book here. Definitely would book again.

Spent 3 nights here last week. The location, views of the water, staff, and sunsets are all great! The steps to 2nd floor rooms are old wooden and made me nervous with my elderly family member. We saw a couple of manatees right at the dock each day but i think the masses are gone for the most part for...

In all honesty, yes the property needs some maintenance both inside and outside but the rooms are clean, the side of Building A facing the water is brightly painted, and it's not the worst place we've stayed. Building A has the best views but stay in rooms 1-5 if possible as #6 is right next to the restaurant patio and...

Cordial front desk staff. The ONLY reason to stay here is to use the on-site ramp, IF you brought a boat. Clearly the marina is their priority, NOT the hotel. Shabby furnishings and decor are from the 50's and never updated or replaced. Serious lack of maintenance and upkeep (electric switches not working; heater/air-conditioner not working). The bed was comfortable...

Beautiful waterfront location but old dilapidated rooms that have obviously not been updated since the year dot. Poor value for money in its present condition. The high point of our stay was the on site restaurant and bar, great atmosphere and good food.

I knew it was going to be an older place, but it is too rundown! I didn't expect too much for the price but the heat barely worked so they provided a space heater in the room which couldn't heat the entire space considering there was a separate bathroom and sitting area. I had to ask for a hairdryer that...

My wife and I stayed here last year. The buildings and rooms are old but quaint, and the price is right. It's on the water, with a good restaurant just yards from the rooms. The restaurant is also on the water and gets crowded. It has great seafood. Hurricane Hermine came up the Gulf coast a few months after our...

This hotel was built in 1945 and it is showing its age, but there is a glimpse here of what used to be. Everyone was friendly, there were a fridge & microwave in the room, coffee in the lobby all day and a free continental breakfast kept us comfy & fed. There was a pool, no beach area, but every...

My husband and i only stayed in crystal river for one night, we chose the port because of the great rates for boat rentals at the marina. Marina is wonderful! Attentive and knowledgeable staff, boat and equipment prepared and clean, great competitve pricing. Hotel not so great..the outdoor stairs leading to our room wobbled, the showerhead sprayed water all over...

This place had 5 foot of river water in it a few months ago. The smell is terrible. It's kind of you get what you pay for. They need to invest in upgrading it or board it up. Much nicer places in the area.
