Newly renovated clean rooms right on the bay, with boat access, and a beautiful clean spring-fed pool complete with a slide! It is a peaceful place in paradise. Modern amenities with old Florida charm. Walk-able to nice restaurants too!

A quiet, clean home feel... like your visiting a good friends house and they want you to feel welcome and provide the most comfortable room for you. Easy chairs, big TV, small dining table, kitchen with stove, fridge, pots ,pans, tableware, microwave coffee maker, soft fluffly towels, plenty of space for hanging clothes or to put in a dresser...also, chairs...

What can I say!!! I had read the reviews before we got there and thought that it couldn't possibly be as well appointed, nostalgic and quaint as it was!!! WOW, was I wrong!!! What an absolute diamond to find!!!! From the moment we stepped into the lobby until we left, there wasn't one negative thing to say about our entire...

We stayed a few nights at King's Bay Lodge in 2014 after bailing out on our horrible motel in Hernando Beach. I had seen KBL online and had it in the back of my mind, so when I called in frustration to see if room was available for us, I had no idea how much we would love the place....

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and the people were very friendly and helpful. The lodge is right on the river and we saw out first manatee swimming there. You can bring a boat and dock it there at the pier. The lodge is very close to shops and places to eat. The only problem we had is...

I had no idea what kind of experience this quick trip away would be, but I had a instinct that it would exceed any of my expectations! I was more than right...this was wonderful from the minute we pulled into the Lodge parking area until sadly we had to leave. Our room was sweet and had everything we needed, clean...

Recently spent the weekend here with three other couples and had a great time. Very relaxing sitting out by the water and watching the manatees come up and drink the spring water running from the pool into the river. Rented a pontoon boat for the afternoon and had a great time cruising the river. Rooms were large and had everything...

We wanted something different to do to celebrate our friend's engagement. We found this hotel and what an amazing experience. The hotel is exactly what I picture old Florida looking like. The grounds are tidy and well kept. The views are beautiful and our room (16) was large, cool and quiet. The kitchen was small but fine for our needs....

Don't let the vintage sign at the end of the driveway fool you. King's Bay Inn was recommended by the operator of Aquavision Manatee Tours. Our room was more like an efficiency with a kitchenette, complete with cookware and dishes. Room was clean and spacious, bed fairly comfy and close to our manatee tour the next morning. Staff at the...
