My husband and I split this room with another couple, along with a 50% discount through a website. It was okay for the price but if I were to pay full price it would not be worth it. The hotel is supposed to be going through a renovation and name change to Marriott. Elevators are extremely slow as others have...

Do not stay here! The carpets were beyond filthy. No towels. Hard beds. It's old and run down. The hotel was musty and it was really outdated. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned and there was trash under the bed. We were promised an ocean view and only got a view of 1/8 of the ocean and buildings.

This is by far the worst hotel experience of my life. We are a party of 5 and reserved a rollarbed, which we paid for and never got. We checked in at 11:00 am and it was only at 8 pm after being reassured 4 times that we've receive the bed soon that they told us they had none. All...

We stayed here six nights. We found out the hotel is closing Aug 21. It was bought out by Marriott. Since the hotel is closing, nothing is being tended to. Pool has green slime all over. We could not even swim in it. There is trash all over the resort. Rooms are dirty and housekeeping barely cleans. I really hope...

This Hotel is closing August 22 of 2016. It is clean it is a nice place to stay I'm so glad we picked it. It does need some updates and that is why it is closing so it can be updated, renovated and it will become a Marriott. It is on the beach and it is just really nice. All...

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was dirty, there were holes in the carpet and curtains, and the bathroom was tiny. We had to call maintenance three times during our one and a half day stay. The elevators were constantly stuck, the ice machines weren't working and the breakfast buffet was awful. The pool...

Hopefully this application will allow me to attach the video(s) I took. First off, there's no Tiki Bar as advertised--it was open before they decided to redo the place. We walked in and the courteous woman who checked us in told us they were closing the doors in a few months to have renovations done. Not only is the hotel...

Booked on Hotel Tonight and arrived at 4:30pm and check in is at 4. Had to pay resort fee and was told room wasn't ready and they had no idea when it would be. The hours passed and it was 7:30pm still no word and lines at the front desk were out the door. We waited at the pool and...

My family and I do an annual summer vacation as a send off for our kids as they return back to school. We chose this hotel and I'm literally writing this review while on vacation, from my room. The experience has been THAT horrible so far. Check in was scheduled for 4pm but when we got here around 4:20 our...

The room was horribly dirty and there were holes in the blankets so large that my mother got her foot stuck on the first night. We requested new blankets and even though had holes just not as large. When we turned on the light in the bathroom, baby roaches would scatter. Also the sliding glass door going onto the balcony...
