We had a five night stay at this lovely hotel in the fun little upscale town of Delray. The hotel has a small quiet pool and the beach club is a short car ride away. The hotel is pricey and parking additional. Some of the service was exceptional and some not so nice. The guys who park the cars are...

We spent 4 nights in this quite town Delray Beach, Florida. The town had plenty of restaurants and beach near. This resort was very nice, spacious room, good restaurants and cafe at the resort and beach pool which is only a half mile away from the resort. All amenities expected from a four star resort. Shuttle car that drives you...

The positives are free transportation within Delray, excellent Atlantic Grill restaurant, 1 block from the beach and some of the front desk personnel. Otherwise, the concierge staff is somewhat uninformed, housekeeping had to be reminded late on most afternoons to make up our room and the spa was overpriced and snooty. We won't be going back!

My Family and I stayed at the Seagate for a week the place is a beautiful looking hotel, But don't judge a hotel by it's looks. Lets start with the valet, they will take forever to get your car and they place a priority on getting higher end vehicles faster. Want to go to the beach club? The water in...

We recently returned from a seven night stay at the Seagate. The hotel is lovely. It is perfectly-located on Atlantic, near the beach and a ten minute walk from the fun and lively strip of shops and restaurants. The pool is small but nice. The beach club is low-key and casual, with access to a beautiful section of the beach....

Overall had a very pleasant 5 night stay at The Seagate Hotel and Spa. I have a few observations/suggestions which could make this hotel even better. At this property guests are forced to avail themselves of certain services. For instance, guests with cars have no option but valet parking. We spent a lot of time waiting for our car. One...

Our 2nd stay in 4 months ... this time for 10 days ! Our suite and balcony were fantastic, as was the service ! At check in, Liz was over the top friendly ! Valets, Servers, all top shelf ! Although not ocean front, walking distance to the beach club is a little more than 1/2 a mile. If you're...

Newly redone. In the heart of Del Ray Beach. A couple of minutes walk to the beach (the hotel will drive you if you prefer). Multiple pools and places to eat at the hotel and also along Atlantic Avenue. Great spa too. However by far the best thing about an already great hotel are the people who work here. They...

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here. The hotel is nice and the location is great. Really great. BUT, the service is just bad. Really bad. The front staff is just awful (Dustin helped with our check out and was the exception). They don't smile, don't explain anything and are incredibly unfriendly. At one point I had...
