Our timing couldn't have been any more "perfect". We arrived on Tuesday and Hurricane Hermine arrived on Thursday. We spent a few days indoors so we really got to enjoy our accommodations. The place is very comfortable and the view of St. Joseph's Bay is terrific if you are on the bay side rather than the canal side. We had...

Got there and the key didnt work. Called and was told someone would be there in 15-20 mins. After waiting over an hour called again and was told I was lied to that no one was coming and I was going to be moved to another room! The 2nd room had been bombed for bugs and was not cleaned at...

While the condo are the not my most favorite. A little on the dated side. They did the job for our family. It was nice to walk out the back door see the canal and the go swimming in the pool. The condos are conveniently located near the beach and other great attractions. Condo was clean and had large kitchen.

Very poorly managed property. Staff is rude and attack you when you call with a problem! I showed up to no sheets on the beds, trash in the hallway, toilet not working and no wifi (as they advertise they have)!! I would NOT recommend this place to stay, or any other properties managed by the same company!!

In my opinion, if I'm paying over $160/night for a place to stay it should at least have updated furnishings! The beds were horrible, old, and extremely uncomfortable! ALSO, the bed spread was a horrible brown color, very thin, and reminded me of something that would be at a cheap hotel! The only good thing about my stay was the...

We stayed at the Coconut Villas in April '16, having two apartments, one on the ground floor adjacent to the waters edge and one on the upper floor. Both were spacious, extremely well equipped, clean and luxurious. Out at sea were mannatees, dolphins and an abundance of birdlife. It was so relaxing being there and Honeymoon Beach is only 5...

Our 2 BR condo was in building 2687, Apt. D. I stayed here with my daughter and my 2 grandchildren for 5 nights. The condo was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in a long time. There is tile though out and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a tv in each bedroom and the living room....

We have been guests of this property previously and were very impressed. Not so this trip. The condo was tired, not very clean (sticky fingerprints everywhere), we would have managed OK. But while we were there, we experienced a significant maintenance issue (electrical fire in the air conditioner that filled the place with smoke and activated the fire alarms). Despite...

Great Location - Needs Some Updating and Improvement. It had been three years since our last visit to Coconut Villas of Dunedin. A place we had stayed several times from their inception when the last owners paid attention to ALL details and were always onsite to help (even invited us to the chamber breakfast meeting). I was concerned to hear...

Loved the location of this condo! I appreciated the home like feel of this place. You can park close to the front door, which is easy to unload luggage and groceries. Then out the back door the pool is very close by, and a canal with a deck where you can sit and enjoy the Dolphins. Very clean and updated.
