The hotel is clean and friendly, the pool, small but refreshing, however the star of the show is the breakfast bar staff and cooks. The food is refreshed frequently, the staff are super nice and attentive. They could run a school on how to operate a restaurant.

First off the location gets a 10/10. Literally one block from awesome Bars and restaurants but far enough that the hotel was super quiet. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful and the breakfast exceeded expectations. It had everything you need to have a good start to the day. We also enjoyed the hottub every night.

As Diamond Elite members, we stay at many hotels across the country. With a great location in a quiet area convenient to many attractions, this is one of our favorite hotels in the Tampa Bay area. The traditional furniture and beach decor on the walls and in the lobby add to our relaxation. The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful employees; everyone we encountered was super nice and sincerely interested in helping us have a pleasant stay. They upgraded us to an executive suite after we asked, but we had to tell them that we saw on the IHG website that it was available (because they did not see the correct inventory in their system). The breakfast attendants were especially nice and attentive as they offered a wide variety of food. The only thing that could make it better is hotter water in the shower, but that did not make us give this less than the highest rating. Since a family member lives 10 minutes away, we will definitely be back. …

IHG hasn’t given this property the new style furniture yet - probably because they keep all the older stuff in such great shape. You can tell the staff here cares. So pleasant and attentive. We had a great stay. Cyclone Penny at breakfast is a total gem. This will be our go-to spot for future area visits.

With COVID 19 and post COVID the vast majority of hotels of this type, all chains have been something of a horror show. The good news is that this hotel is up to standard. Clean rooms, well maintained, friendly staff, amenities that are clean and functioning well (pool, hot tub) and a good breakfast included. Better still this on us located on the Pinellas Trail path, two short blocks from downtown Dunedin with the shops, restaurants etc.

Perfect location for hitting all the restaurants, shops, craft breweries and clubs and lounges if visiting Dunedin for the "social" stroll through town. Plenty of hotel parking. The hotel is off the main drag and away from the hustle and bustle but still centrally located within minutes of everything Check in was a breeze and they are set-up with social distancing in mind (masks required in all common areas. The lobby area was clean along with the breakfast area. The breakfast is free and includes eggs, meats, biscuits (breads & Pastries) dairy products and essentially everything you'd expect. We found it very well done for a complimentary breakfast. We found the queen double-bed room to be of adequate size. It was clean and absent any commercial cleaning fragrance smells. There are plenty of charging outlets for electronic devices. The bed was comfortable (frim - medium) with 4 standard size pillows on each bed. The bathroom was adequately sized and clean. The AC unit was a bit noisy but easily tolerable and did not interrupt sleep. Overall, great stay and if back in Dunedin, I'll be staying here again.…

Wanted to try local breweries this location is perfect. Close to a lot of breweries. Close tothe pier best sunset ive seen in a long time. Room and bathroom clean but bathroom very small. The front desk super nice Tessa and Pat fantastic guest service. Pool and hot tub great. Open 7am to 10pm which is great. The free breakfest was wonderful hot eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravey. Pancake maker. Would definitely stay here again. Super comfortable bed and quiet. Our view wasn't the best of outside the front parking area.

This is the hotel you want in Dunedin if you are looking for stellar cleaning standards, exceptional customer service, and a convenient location. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, especially Pap who was at the front desk. She answered all of our questions and provided excellent restaurant recommendations such as Lucky Lobster and Hog Island Fish Camp. We brought our bikes and were able to get on the bike trail right behind the hotel. Very enjoyable stay!

We stayed here for two nights and everything was good. The family room with the bunk beds was perfect for our grandson and gave us a little privacy. The breakfast is different now but basically they just fixed your plate for you. It was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a great location very walkable. Reall enjoyed our stay
