If you are looking for something more than clean, excellent service, and $100 to $150 more per night, then this is not your place. Amberlee is clearly a '50's style hotel. My room had TV, AC, tile bathroom shower, and two double beds. I found it perfect.

So glad we found the Amberlee motel. This old 50's style hotel is perfect get away. Obviously, it is not he Ritz Carlton , but if you want a beach style hotel this is the place for you. The bed was comfortable, the, room was clean. Everything you would want. Best thing, the price was great!

Ok, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable room for a good price, look no further. Your Grandparents might have stayed here "back in the day", but this place is all you need to lay your head after a looooong day at Honeymoon Island or Caladesi Island State Park.

This is a great old Florida motel. You pull up to the corresponding room number to park in front of your door. From the jalousie windows ( 3 sets on each side ,which made for some great Fla. cross breezes to blow through) to the fun and funky tile colors in the bathroom,it was all there. It's clean and very...

I had a family emergency in Dunedin and had spent a couple of nights in a Knights Inn where I was literally afraid to take off my shoes - and switched to this nice little old fashioned motel. At roughly $50 a night it was exactly what I needed for an unexpected week in Florida. Just understand that this is...

The Amberlee is an old Florida hotel, even down to jalousie windows. It's not new and shiny and doesn't have a lot of freebies [except wifi, of course] but it's clean, tidy and accommodating. The rooms are more than reasonably priced and come with a kitchenette [4 burner stove, 2 of which worked, a refrigerator and a microwave. There was...

We stayed here the weekend of October 26 for 2days. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with a fridge and had the necessary cookware and dishes. Unfortunately there was no coffee pot but we did not ask to see if we could get one. I feel like you get what you pay for here. The place is...

First of all, the manager is a very nice man, he does everything himself. On my suggestion, my husband booked this motel for 3 nights. It is very close drive to Clearwater and you can actually take the short walk into Dunedin downtown area for very nice shopping and you have to get a pizza from Tony's! That's the best,...

The motel is older but kept spotless. Even the landscape plants are well tended. We really enjoyed our stay... walked every where. Be sure to bring dish soap, but everything else you'll need is there.

We stayed in the Amberlee in April 2015. We are in the process of building a home in Dunedin and this was a perfect place since all we did was sleep in the room. We asked for a king bed and got one, but there was only a couple of feet around the bed. The bathroom was very 50's, but...
