Stayed 10 days, from January 6th through 16th, 2017. Wonderful stay. I was looking for a place right on the ocean. Most condos/resorts are built a great distance from the ocean, but englewood, fl has some vintage accommodations that are literally right on the water. I called many different places in Englewood to get the best rate for our 10...

We have been coming to Ko Ko Kai for 15 years. It is not a luxury resort by any stretch, but it is right ON the water and you can hear the waves 24/7. I love to fall asleep listening to that sound. It's very much an "Old Florida," laid back experience with the most peaceful beach. The last visit...

Arrived on my arrival date, as previously discussed with Steve, he was not there, the guy covering for him, had no idea we were coming. I was supposed to get a room on the ground floor facing the beach, so my parents would not have to deal with stairs, was given a room upstairs. The whole place was dirty, dirt...

We booked this resort online. When we showed up day of check in. Just driving onto the property you can see it is NOT a resort. There is a storage pod outside of the units with furniture thrown all around it. There was a male standing outside one of the bottom units smoking weed. This place looked like the projects...

Stayed in January. The place is under new management newly decorated and has the old fashion feel of florida. The ocean view is fantastic. You do not want to leave Your in your own little paradise. Would recommend this vacation place to everyone. Jennifer

Booked a room for a weekend but as soon as I received my room key and placed my bag into the room and looked around. I found dirty sheets on the bed. Closet had some type of mold growing in the corner. The bathroom had used bar of soap in the shower and towels that were hanging had stains and...

The family and I go down every year. We love that the kids can be free and play right there on the property in the gulf. It is very quiet and peaceful there. Every room faces the gulf so you never miss a minute of the view. The kids enjoy the pool as well. I was very pleased that the...

Ko Ko Kai Resort is one of the most beautify magestic places I have ever been! The rooms were very clean, cute beach theme, and literally have everything you would need right there in your room. It is right on the water with a private beach area where you can swim, fish, tan, and watch the sunset. I have a...
