Incredible hideaway that peaked about 10 years ago. Friendly staff but no offer of compensation when we realized there was no hot water in our cottage, which was not remedied before we had to shower in the pool before an otherwise storybook wedding. Priced for the place it used to be.

We do apologize for the hot water heater breaking down in the Red Robin Cottage. Due to the wedding destination weekend, all our cottages were booked so therefore we could not move you to a different location. Our maintenance and housekeeping staff did go to the room several times to assess the situation hoping it was a simple fix but...

This is a charmingly quaint property set in several lush acres which span from Lemon Bay and the inland water way to the Gulf of Mexico. This place is uniquely different from the run of the mill resorts. The luxury here lies not with fancy rooms and lush carpets and fancy swimming pools and the like but with beautiful walk...

My son and I visited in June of 2015. We called on a whim as we were car-camping the perimeter of Florida and were finishing up the west coast. We were upgraded to a great cottage overlooking the ocean (literally just steps away- a 30-second walk with some stairs), yet still privately tucked away in a grove surrounded by hibiscus....

We just enjoyed a relaxed weekend stay at the Spoonbill cottage at lovely Manasota Beach Club where Real Florida still exists! Our comfortable accommodations set amid the backdrop of unspoiled natural beaches and surrounding habitat provided a degree of beauty and relaxation extremely rare along Florida's Gulf Coast. Our daily walks and shelling along lovely stretches of private beach were...

This was my second visit here and it gets better every time! I brought 14 ladies here and all if them thought it was a magical place. We stayed in the Owl and the Ibis and both were roomy and comfortable. The views are incredible from both. We all loved the private pool and patios where we could be so...

I just had my wedding here and I cannot say enough great things about this venue and all the staff! This is old Florida at it's finest, there are very few places like this anymore. All cottages are unique and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. All cottages have kitchens, most have more than one bathroom even for a...
