Check in was great. After that it wasn't a great experience all the way around. Very rude desk clerk and would recommend another Hilton property. Mgmt needs a change up at this location and execute proper customer service training.

I've stayed @ the Hampton in Estero,FL before & will do so again as it is amazing in customer service! The comp breakfast was delish! The room was immaculate & quiet & got great rest! I recommend this hotel 200%!!
Staff and front desk excellent. Housekeeping superb . Breakfast was soso and juice machine was not good. Although I give management and the Lady that handles breakfast Props they where trying and trying
