Should have written this ages ago! This was our second stay at the Addison and it was just as pleasant as we remembered. We had a lovely 2nd floor room in one of the cottages in the back this time rather than stay in the main house. Although we are late morning people, we managed to get ourselves to the...

My friend and I stayed here with our grown daughters while on a birthday road trip through the coastal south. I had stayed at the Omni down the road the last time I was here but found myself back in this quaint little town every day so decided to stay at the Addison on Amelia B&B this time. This place...

This was our fourth time staying at The Addison. We had another pleasant, relaxing stay! Appetizers, happy hour and breakfast were top notch and we loved getting to know the other guests (as we usually do). Bob went truly out of his way to help us out with a few business needs we were taking care of while on this...

Always great to see you! Thank you for coming back (just for the baked brie at Happy Hour?) and we hope to see you again soon.

This B&B is a gem. Food is fabulous! Loved having brunch on the porch overlooking the courtyard and talking to all the other fun guests. Every detail in our room was perfectly thought through. Rooms were beautiful. Walked downtown (short distance) to shop for art, to the port and to a café for rum punch and crab fritters. We'll be...

I can't say enough wonderful things about The Addison, nor about Bob and Shannon and their staff! The room, house, and grounds were impeccable, as was the food and hospitality. We were there during the Shrimp Festival and in spite of this, it was still quiet and relaxing. We met so many nice people. The town of Fernandina is quaint...

The Addison b&b is located only a few blocks from town, where the stores and restaurants are. The b&b is well kept, we stayed in room 4 which was very nice and clean. Bob and the staff really go out of their way to accommodate you. Bob even gave us beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. The...

ABSOLUTELY fantastic 3-day getaway at a beautiful high-end B&B. The Addison was designed with a central courtyard that was plush with exquisite plants, herbs, and a very tranquil fountain. We stayed in Room 10, which is very private, even the balcony. Our room was furnished with luxurious linens and the bed slept very comfortably. The owners, Bob & Shannon were...

Once again, Addison on Amelia was comfortable, welcoming and beautiful. Bob and Shannon go out of their way to make sure that everything is the way you want it to be. Happy hour is a treat...wine flowing and amazing appetizers. I am allergic to black pepper, so there were special things made just for me...how spoiled can you be? Breakfast...

My husband and I just returned from an amazing couple of days at The Addison on Amelia Island. The inn is walking distance to the charming town that is filled with fantastic restaurants and stores. Every meal was delicious starting with an impressive, restaurant quality breakfast at the Inn. I have a gluten-sensitivity and Bob and Shannon made sure that...

Room, Inn Keepers, Staff, BREAKFAST, Perfect! The inn is in the Amelia Island historic district. You are in walking distance to all of that area and the best restaurants on the island. The daily "Happy Hour" is a great meet and great with the other guests. We Highly recommend the Addison!
