I took my wife to the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island for our 15 year wedding anniversary. The hotel was amazing. Cannot say enough about how wonderful the accommodations were. We stayed in a king coastal view room with the balcony. The view was overlooking the courtyard and partial view of the beach. The view was relaxing and peaceful and you...

I had a two day getaway to spend with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. It was absolutely amazing. We had so much fun. Our room had a stunning view and they even put white roses in the shape of a heart, on our bed. Food at salt was wonderful! The food options at coast was limited and not very...

In giving four stars I am comparing this RC with other RCs we have stayed in and with similar luxury brands (Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons). On that basis, the RC Amelia Island does not hold its own. The staff is abundant and very friendly, the spa was excellent, but the bed was not particularly comfortable (we were upgraded to...

This stay was honestly what I dreamt a stay at a Ritz Carlton property would be. This was my first overnight stay at a Ritz Carlton property and everything really was perfect. We arrived for a 2 night stay and the first thing I noticed upon us pulling up to the property were the immaculate and beautiful grounds. We were...

I recently spent a few days at the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island for a conference. The location was fantastic and so was the staff. The only drawback was the location of my room (353). The room has a balcony, but it faces an area with the constant hum of what must be the cooling unit for the hotel or...

This hotel and this beach is my happy place. Stay here or play here and you'll have a great time. The service is not quite the Ritz standards but it's very close and it's still better than anywhere in Florida. The valet will amaze you with the little things they do! The restaurants are awesome and offer anything from bountiful...

Even if you aren't staying here, if you want an extra special trip while you are on Amelia Island, treat yourself to their amazing breakfast buffet! Everything is first class, down to every little detail. It's a little pricey at $27 pp, but if you arrive hungry, it will fill you up until dinner!
