Brought family to a business convention so I was able to see it from both sides. The catering facility food was actually very good... breakfast, lunches, theme dinners as well as the snacks provided on breaks... all top shelf. However, we all laughed at the PC police listings on every food item at the buffet, warning that the roasted pecans...

One of the very best hotels that I have ever stayed at. Service is impeccable! Food was consistently excellent. The pool is wonderful, too. Lots of activities. My husband also enjoyed the hotel golf course. The beach is clean and not far from the hotel. We stayed in an ocean view room with a balcony. A slice of heaven

The setting of 4750 Cafe is stunning with a pool and beach view. Staff is friendly and warm. Drinks are creative and potent. The desserts in their little cordial glasses are adorable. Too bad the mahi was overlooked and served on a bed of cold potatoes.

Dear Hugo S, Thank you for sharing your experience from your recent visit. I was thrilled to hear how pleased you were with the venue, the view, cocktails and dessert! I was disappointed to hear about the catch of the day. We strive everyday to provide exceptional service and product, and we have failed to do so during your recent...

There's something to be said for the uniformity you get with Ritz-Carltons. It can be comforting to know in advance what the place will look like and what the service will be like (exactly like others in the brand), even what the staff will say when you ask something: "my pleasure." Still, for what you pay, it can be a...

I guess I expected more from a Ritz. The building is at least 25 years old. It seems stitched together from multiple renovations with the ballrooms/meeting rooms down an obscure path and the spa and casual cafe across from each other and no straightforward path to the pool. The grounds are beautiful with well designed gardens everywhere. Exterior upkeep is...

Beautiful property. Great breakfast and the desserts are fabulous. Staff waits on you hand and foot if you need it ( we do not!!). Just class all around and what you would expect at a Ritz! Glad the company was picking up the tab though!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Well appointed room. The pillows were the best I've ever slept on at a hotel. (Wish they were for sale)! Had a nice view of the ocean. I was amazed at the number and size of the banquet halls.Ate at two of the onsite restaurants and also ordered room service. The food was unexceptional. Expected the...

My family loves the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island! This was our 3rd stay over the last 4 years and it still blows us away. We were there over Mother's Day weekend so that made it even more special. My 12 year old and 10 year old loved the pool and the beach. The beach is very private and the beach...

Standard Ritz Rooms- neat as a button. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and speckless.Food- breakfast decent- nothing stellar/buffet-dinner/Salt is excellent/pricey but worth it. Kids love the special attention. Dress code. The indoor pool a bit dated and frankly not the most enjoyable. Outdoor pool crowded- circular -not intended for swimming. No lap pool. Boardwalk lovely- quite charming- dunes...
