Located on the main drag about 20 minute walk to Ft Lauderdale Beach. Good restaurants all around the hotel especially sidewalk cafes. Easy location for water taxi tour all through Ft Lauderdale and Hollywood. This is and older we'll maintained hotel but very charming and relaxing.

Service was average - a bit slow w/ coffee refills. Breakfast was good but a overpriced for the quality, IMO. But, that's pretty common for Las Olas! Good location means high prices. Overall it was fine and I'd go back.

My wife and I stayed at the Riverside Hotel prior to our recent cruise. We found the staff very accommodating and our room well furnished. Given our schedule, we were only able to try breakfast, which was good but fairly pricey. As the name implies, the Riverside Hotel sits on the New River and not on the beach. On one...

A stay at the Riverside was on our "bucket list". While we had dined here many times over the years, we had not had the opportunity to stay until our most recent vacation to Florida. Contrary to a few other reviews, we found the hotel staff to be very pleasant. We specifically chose the Classic Las Olas Suite in the...

We loved this hotel and it's location. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very nice as were the amenities. It's nestled right in the center of a quaint downtown shopping district. Lots of places to eat and shop. Great for a weekend getaway.

My friends and I were in town to attend a concert and I had previously been to the area to visit the local museums. I loved the Las Olas area and checked all the reviews on TripAdvisor for a hotel in this area. We were not disappointed! The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. As it got closer to...

Convenient hotel on Los Olas Blvd. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Hotel is old but nicely kept up. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean. My only complaint is that there's no hook to hang your clothes in the bathroom or grab bars when getting in or out of the shower/tub. The front desk staff were very...

Great location and easy to locate. The property is historic and has a great ambiance. Staff was nice and breakfast was 5 stars. Overall, I removed a star since I was placed in the older section. Otherwise, excellent experience.

Loved everything about this hotel. Our room was very nice and clean and the location was perfect. About a mile to the beach with a quick uber ride and within walking distance to several very nice and trendy restaurants. I would definitely return and recommend. I gave 4 stars because the front desk staff could be more friendly and at...

This place costs a small fortune then they nickel and dime you to death. Parking and valet are $30 a day any way you go. Traffic is a nightmare, views aren't good. We could have stayed at a luxury beachfront hotel instead of this sad old dump. The desk clerk Rhianna was incredibly rude. Others observed her nasty behavior and...
