This is a lovely and very comfortable place to stay. We had room 206 which was huge and overlooked the pool. We relaxed in the orchid courtyard under a canopy with ceiling fans just listening to a catbirds serenade for hours. It was spring break but very peaceful and quiet there. The bed in our room was comfortable and the shower was great. I have high standards for cleanliness and everything was spotless, including the restroom off the lobby. It was the hotel owners/staff that really made our stay. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here overnight to go on our cruise for the week the next day. Heard great reviews online and gave it a try. We stayed on 02/16-02/17/24. We arrived late and they conveniently had a locker so I gave them a 2-star for this (I'm being nice about the rating). We looked at the note on the counter and noticed that they don't serve breakfast. Disappointed because that was the reason why we booked this place. We wanted a small boutique hotel feel that offer breakfast for convenience. We paid a lot for the overnight stay. It wasn't even worth it after the next day looking at the hotel, a little outdated and it looked like moldy and bad paint job around the area. Next day, we went into the lobby because we needed to "check-in". The guy behind the desk was a little rude, not so welcoming, kind of a bummer since reading online had good reviews. I should have looked at the negative comments to see if it was truly worth it. This place has a motel feel with no service. It would have been nice if they are friendlier. I would think twice before booking at this place.

Great staff and comfy bed. Room is spacious and property is conveniently located to walk to many places The room however wasn't very clean, old coffee grinds in the coffee maker for instance, and some of the things didn't work like the heater.

We stayed here one night prior to a cruise. The staff were great with communication from the booking through check in. This is a small boutique hotel which was clean, safe with spacious rooms. We did not use the pool or hot tub during our stay. They do not serve any food but there are several restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s a good choice prior to a cruise.

This hotel is a hidden gem, and located in a safe area. It is fairly close to the beach, drugstore, eateries, and a local mall. The room, pool, and common areas were very clean and orderly. The laundry area was as clean and organized as a home laundry. The room and bathroom were spacious and aptly equipped. The staff was friendly and courteous, making every effort to see that our stay was perfect. There is nothing that could make this hotel a better find.

Found this little gem because we had a wine dinner at Capital Grill and didn't want to be on the road. First and foremost, the managers could not have been more accommodating and kind. They made us feel welcomed and even helped me set up a little surprise for my wife. The property is charming old Florida and located within minutes of the galleria, Las Olas, and the beach. I hope they bring back some type of bar or food service as it has a quaint area for coffee or light fare. All in all, a very nice staycation

A lovely little motel. The pool area was beautiful with mature trees, hot tub and lots of seating. The rooms were lovely and clean, bright and really very well equipped. AC was really great and the staff were so friendly

Nice motel but noisy Don’t try and sleep in. Between the garbage trucks and other street noise and the maids chatter you’ll be up early. And if you’re a light sleeper the ancient air conditioner clicking on and off all night will make for a restless sleep. The pool area’s nice and the rooms well kept but the restaurant/bar is no more, so there isn’t much to it. It’s not a hotel. It’s a motel.

First the staff was wonderfull. They are very helpfull and available. The room was very big. King bed, small conter with dishes and glasses etc. It's an older motel. The bed was way to soft. The room was clean, but we still could see very minuscule bugs on the conters, but they are very very small, almost transparent

Extremely disappointed! Booked VPH for a couple-of-day staycation, based on reviews (of cleanliness, among other things). This establishment is nestled in the quaint, charming neighborhood of…you guess it, Victoria Park! The location is great, close to shops, dining, and the beach. I checked in around 3:30 PM and was greeted by Fidel. He’s great. My room was 115 - a corner unit with attached private patio. Upon initial aproach, it looked clean but all that changed. There are little flies. Tons. I spent a lot of my bed time swatting at them until I fell asleep. The shower had dead flies on the window sill. The blankets and carpet are stained, poop on the toilet, and roaches. I’m leaving early, like I’m sitting in my car at 7:48 AM, typing this review because I can’t sleep it’s disgusting! I can’t in good conscience tell anyone to stay here.
