However, the staff were so friendly and everyone we met were so nice. We had a such good time! We are already planning our next visit. We were in our early...

I have stayed at several guest houses in Ft Lauderdale over the years and Villa Venice/ The Worthington complex has been by far my favourite. The ground and the rooms were very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We met guests from all over the world and we had a blast getting to know everyone. Make sure...

Villa Venice is part of the Worthington complex with 3 pools. Nice setting for rest, pool time and meeting other guests. Breakfast included. Cafe has good simple lunches. Make sure you book the Saturday Happy Hour. Best time to meet the other guests Book early for best price selection. I liked the first floor.

The resort tries to sell itself as the best and, while it's not awful, there is plenty of room for improvement. On the plus side, the property is well-maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. The property, however, lacks many of the amenities of its local competition. A neighboring property, for example, offers its guests chairs and umbrellas for...
