Was there for 6 nights 11/7 -11/13/15. All the other hotels in town were booked or very very expensive for the International Boat Show that was going on. This hotel wasn't anything fancy but for less than 1/3 of the price of surrounding hotels this place was awesome!! Small apartment looking hotel, room was super clean, had a kitchen, amazing...

The room was nice and clean. The staff was really good. Right down the street from the beach, and close to stores and bars. The room I stayed in had a nice kitchen, which was convenient. The outside area had 2 nice size pools, and a BBQ area. Definitely staying here again!

One block off the beach. Very traditional in an Italian style. Nice sized pool. The office staff was very friendly and polite. The room itself was rather large with two double beds. Nice tile floors throughout. Big closet space, pink tiles bathroom, kitchenette complete with small stove/oven. A couple chairs outside my room were nice to sit in and enjoy...

Love this wonderful mom & pop motel. I'm a returning customer 2-3 times a year and it's my home away from home to warm weather. Well kept older style beach motel with tile floors, older tile bathrooms but it's very clean & comfortable at a reasonable price. The one bedroom efficiency is huge with 2 double beds and single with...

The owners do it up right at all three of their units. The rooms are nice and clean, great towels, excellent beds and they make you feel like family here. Owners are always around and if you need anything they will make sure you get it. Some folks do not like that they do not have Sunday maid service. Well...

Hotel was very clean and the employees were incredibly accommodating. Angela in the front office was a sweetheart. The location is prime. A block from the beautiful beach. A 5-10 min walk to the Elbo Room(best bar in Ft.Lauderdale). Also just a short 10 minute Uber ride to downtown Las Olas and the Riverfront. On our last day/check-out, Angela was...

We stayed here for the third time and we highly recommend this small and friendly hotel for those who doesn't enjoy big, luxury hotels. We had a well-equipped kitchen, it was clean, the staff were extremely helpful, also with a late check-out.

Do not reccomend... it's not a resort.. its a MOTEL. People live there and they made us feel awkward & out of place. We weren't even able to go to our room when we got there until almost 2 hrs later which was annoying. THEN we are getting ready to leave one day, the maid let's herself in the room...

No maid service on Sundays. No clean linen until day 6 of your stay. Flat as a pancake pillows. The kitchenette was handy but barren of paper towels, or complimentary coffee. the parking spots are designed to add door dings to your car! On the plus side, it was a short walk to the beach, it was pretty quiet. They...

Family driven and owned gives the warmth and welcoming feeling you will never experience in a chain or company owned establishment. Location is great and quiet although close to the beach. Good beds and possibility to cook your own meal, a bit of a terrace or veranda to each unit, Come, stay, relax and be happy! John H
