My BF and I were excited to spend a nice getaway at Alcazar. We Checked in and were greeted by the nastiest and most un friendly desk person. From his miserable disposition and foul attitude I should have known not to stay. Every interaction over the three days was awful. He rolled his eyes when we asked him a question...

Edward, we are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. As you can see most of our reviews are 4 and 5 star. Our new Pillow top mattresses and pillows (5 per bed) have been met with quite a few compliments from our regular guests. A late check out at times is very difficult especially on...

Stayed at Alcazar Resort for the weekend of May 6-8 in room 121. Had a wonderful time. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and has pools at each building. What makes it unique and a standout from the competition is the access guests have to all three buildings making the resort large and provides options. The room was nicely appointed...

This was our first time staying at the Alcazar/Worthington. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was beyond our expectation. Service was impeccable all week and we will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here multiple times when visiting Ft Lauderdale. This complex is GREAT! Friendly accommodating staff. CLEAN rooms. Finely manicured grounds, and the Saturday happy hour (at The Worthington, which has been upgraded to 2 hours!) is an extra added bonus. There isn't enough space here to gush on about how great this trifecta of hotels is. A nice...

In the top corner, is spacious and clean. The hot water was hot and the air conditioning was cold. It has a safe and a mini fridge. The pool is a little chilly but it feels good after laying in the hot sun. I would get breakfast and by time I came back my room was clean and ready. Towels...

Good amenities. Really spacious clean room. Good staff and engaging clientele. The pools were clean and warm. Not always the case when a cool front comes through south Florida. A good time overall. I will go again

I stayed at the Alcazar for five nights, 3/29 through 4/3, and I had another very enjoyable stay! I wish I would have exchanged contact info with the guys staying at the Alcazar, because it was a fun group to hang with and it would be awesome to get together and do it again one of these days. The staff...

I always stay at the Alcazar when I come to Fort Lauderdale. When ever I return, I feel like I've come back to my home away from home. The owner and the guys who work there are friendly and efficient and always cheerful. The two new kittens on the premises are a nice little bonus!

My room was immaculate when I walked in, and the cleaning staff kept it that way throughout my stay. Daily breakfasts and lunches were a real convenience and allowed me more time at poolside. Lastly, the clientele was varied and top-notch. In short, it was a fabulous week in the tropics!
