Kind and helpful staff , reasonably priced . I didn't go nude nor indulge in any extra activities . But I got a free upgrade and despite having multiple issues with my key and wifi once moved rooms was more than happy . The AC is excellent , good walking distance to the beach and cafes . Very comfortable bed...

Nothing fancy at ALLLLLL here, you get a nice size room, that just a waste of space and it's so hard to describe how unappealing this room and hotel was. When you arrive you have to call someone to come check you in and pray it's not raining as it was when I did, then you have to hope that...

For the price it is what it is. We made the mistake and asked for a poolside room not realizing people would be partying until 5am outside our doors. With no on property night staff you must deal with the the drunk guest yourself. Not what I wanted to do. However, there are plenty of rooms away from the party...

Having received excellent service on a number of previous visits I booked expecting much the same. However, this turned out to be the most disappointing accommodation experience of my life. The reason: the property has been bought out and is now just part of several resorts in the area with the front desk based elsewhere. This resulted in having to...

I stayed for a long season March- April. Great prices. But not a good management or a warm experience. There was a slicy front desk guy who made me uncomfortable many times. They don't take pleasure in providing service or making a great stay. It's all about $$$. I went back for 2 nights two weeks ago and revered it!...

We had to wait outside for 10 minutes, with a vendor before we were granted access. Only to find a very prissy aloof dark skinned guy behind the desk. After seeing my id, he address by a completely different name. Phone rang, he didn't even excuse himself. Carried on conversation for a while. He gave us two sets of keys...

My room was large, but lacked any character as it had just blank, white walls. The room (107) was served by a window A/C in a closet area near the bathroom. With the ceiling fan on, temperature management was fine. Kitchenette had fridge, sink, bistro table, coffee maker, and toaster. Parking is $10/night. Never got breakfast here. Landscaping needs attention....

Upon arriving to our room, we quickly realized that this was going to be quite an interesting stay. To note: It's really unprofessional when businesses blatantly lie on their websites. I'm not talking about the models used in the photos, but all of the descriptions of the property and amenities. The Room: The carpet is nasty. You have to wear...

Stayed for one night in May. Front desk wanted to charge for parking, but I pushed back because there was no mention of this on the hotel's web pages that I used. Room was large and clean with separate kitchenette good for keeping snacks and drinks. Due to the jalousie windows, the A/C struggled to keep the room comfortable as...
