Room, view and service was very good. Stayed for a few days and went to Red Sox spring training. The amenities are very good as well. Gym is well equipped and the pool areas are great with a little beach area. The only issue for me was that the mattress and pillows were too soft.

My fiancée just got in from London, so we wanted to spend a weekend close by, and this was the perfect place right across Alligator Alley. The tennis was good, the massages even better and Navarre was right there with some of the best cooking in the state. It was great to get away and still feel like you're at...

Property is nice and on waterfront. We requested the main building and that room wasn't available when check in. Everything is very expensive at this hotel! We ate lunch, over $60 for burger and chicken fingers. If you want a refrigerator in your room that isn't under lock and key and wallet, there is a waiting list. Room was clean...

An older property that is showing her age a bit, but still a very nice property in a very good location. They do a very good job of maintaining the property. Staff was VERY attentive - obviously well trained in customer service - and the property and rooms were clean. A few nit-picky things like no fan in bathroom and...

Made this reservation with points as my husband has Platinum status with Marriott. I was given a room in the Captiva tower, which is a different building from the main hotel with a room facing the the road. The room itself was fine, nothing special, and not what I would expect a platinum member to be booked in. We didn't...

Our room was a typical Marriott room. It was nice and clean. The only downside I would say is our room did not have a mini fridge, it had a mini bar - you might have been able to switch it out but we didn't ask. Everything else was perfect! We drove into Sanibel everyday and spent the morning hunting...

I have stayed at this property many times prior to buying a condo nearby. My experience was always exceptional. I continue to dine here and use the Spa regularly. The spa offers great services! Mijael is an exceptional massage therapist who makes every visit a treat - as do Julia and Grace in the salon who offer relaxing and expert...

Loved it here! You really never need to leave the property! Instead of Christmas gifts we went on vacation. We went the week before Christmas til Christmas Eve. It was the perfect time to go, great weather and less crowds. The only downside was we had to get in an uber if we wanted to go to the beach. Even...

Nice Marriott hotel, right before the toll bridge to Sanibel. All rooms have a beautiful view of the water. Restaurants on Grounds are very good. Charley's has fire roasted pizza, the main restaurant was exquisite cuisine, we had filet, salad & asparagus, very tasty!!! Hotel is older but they take good care of it. Great customer service. They have two...

The Captiva towers suite was supposed to be a dream vacation. Unfortunately, it was an overpriced waste of money. A) Bathtub was slippery - almost killed myself B) Hot & cold water faucets aren't labeled. C) There was a terrible odor in the room, which only went away when we opened the patio door (which allowed flying bugs into the...
