Had a great family spring break. This is one of the nicer spa and gym areas which is included in various fees. At one time a tennis mecca, now perhaps just a nice family hotel gym complete with Steam rooms, saunas, and co-ed cooling pools. The hotel overflows. Great staff, attentive, able to help. The pools are the main reason...

Room 1824 seemed to be the best on the property - got upgraded to it with Platinum status. Corner suite overlooking the bridge and gulf. Really enjoyed the waterfront bar (Charley's?). Great bar menu - loved the Buffalo chicken flatbread. Live music. The main building is about a 3 minute walk from the Captiva tower and they also have a...

The moment you walk through the sliding glass doors of the front entry, it's obvious why I love this resort. The doors slide, the view of the water appears, the bright lobby gleams, and the clean smell of the resort wafts. I don't know what the scent is but it's perfect. Coconut? Cleaning supplies? Fresh air? Who knows? I just...

This is a nice hotel on the Harbour just in front of the bridge over to Sanibel?Captiva. Pool areas are very nice, beach is very very minimal but that was expected. The service was very good through the property. Only real complaint I would pass along is that the hotel is looking pretty worn, especially in the guest rooms. Looks...

We had an awesome time at this hotel. The staff was very attentive. As soon as we got there, we felt welcomed. The kids had a great time at the pool. The whole property is amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Overall I give the stay a B, the people/ staff and bay view all an A for the most part. Room is decent size, small bathroom and tight balcony but a tireless view.We stayed in the Sanibel tower that has all the amenities verse the Captiva tower, which is quieter and a little cheaper. Anyway breakfasts ranged from $15-20 per...

In our back yard, and avoiding the Sanibel traffic. So so relaxing. Friendly and accommodating staff and beautiful grounds. Make sure you stay in the main building. You will not have the same experience in the captiva tower - no resort style pool or restaurants there.
