We enjoy staying in Hyatt Places and this one is no different. It has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and is clean. Breakfast was okay with the normal options. There's always fresh eggs, some sort of meat and something else on the hot bar. There are...More
Our room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Nice large screen tv. Had all the modern amenities we like. Very nice front desk people. Excellent hot breakfast. The location is very convenient to the airport and getting around to area attractions.
Excellent experience. This is my second time to stay here and will stay again on my next business trip to the area. Big rooms, nice beds, clean. Excellent breakfast with a nice variety to choose from. Staff was excellent as well!

with all the good in life sometimes bad has to be experience so that we have a new perspective on what we bring with us and what we might anticipate and some things cannot be anticipated and happen anyway. The phrase good things happen to bad people or wait--- bad things happen to good people. you might find that gratitude for any hotel you might fall into goes a long way and then diplomatically explaining your concerns will cause more action in your favor then maybe a confrontation with a rude assistant manager. I'm sorry to hear that happened with you.
while on business in the area I had, multiple times that I've stayed at that wonderful Hotel every experience was delightful. Why bed bugs what it sounds like you caught were even at that hotel well we think the clientele healthier and cleaner than most especially since they are of money and not transients are homeless people wow what are the odds?
