Stayed for one night. The hotel was nice, and the room was clean. We made a reservation by phone in the afternoon, but when we arrived later, the reservation had somehow been made for the previous day. The front desk was able to accommodate and we had a room without a problem. The next morning I went downstairs for the...

This hotel was horrible from start to finish. The front desk staff Spanish woman was rude and lazy, seemed bothered she had to do her job. Bed bugs, roaches and drug dealers were a few of the issues. The manager Walter seemed pretty arrogant, also could care less about anything, very abrasive. Very unprofessional. He clearly is miserable too. Such...

nothing about this place is good except location. The pool/spa area is constantly being shut down for lack of chemical not to mention the mold and mildew build up. The elevators do not function properly not to mention they were out of inspection during my stay. They do not provide a Continental breakfast as stated, nor do they equip the...

This place was incredible and was a suite with 1 bedroom and full kitchen. It was hard to find as it's being renovated & sign was being made. You could live here for months. Staff was great. Pool good. Will definitely stay here again. Price was excellent.

We were here during their renovation so the place absolutely reeked of paint and what not. The suite was okay, it was big, but the walls were like paper and we didn't really enjoy hearing our neighbors have sex until 2am. The girl at check in was absolutely sick of her job and barely even spoke to me during the...

I have stayed at this hotel before and was pleasantly surprised on this visit. Following the transition to new ownership, this hotel has improved immensely. Things that had not worked before with the previous owner have been fixed, such as the pool is open and clean, the ice maker in the lobby works and there are very nice seating areas...

Told 3 people hot water doesn't work - didn't care. The business room air didn't work for our seminar. No room service. TV stations are horrible. You only get 3 pillows and they are small as heck. Found random tools on our bed. You only get shampoo in the shower ( even though I never got to use it due...

A friend and I spent a few days in Ft. Myers with our dogs and needed either 2 rooms or a 2 bedroom 2 bath place. We booked late and most dog friendly places were either booked or very expensive. I found Main Stay (now called Allure) and for $129 per day plus a total $75 pet fee for both...

During my stay I started to notice a housekeeper roaming the hallways with a guy. This isn't the first that me and my husband seen them together. We seen them kissing and I honestly think that is not professional. Front desk and the rest of the housekeepers are fenomonal .
