This was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't sure how nice it would be based on pictures I saw. It exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and nice. The rooms were clean. The living space was a bit cramped. Office staff could have been friendlier, but always helped us. Good value.

We rented 212 for the week. Two bedroom, two bath, living room and kitchen. Even has washer and dryer. Nice outdoor sitting areas off living room and one of the bedrooms. Pool area was right outside our room and they have a few floaties for guests to use. The pool water was hot, but I guess that's common for Florida...

Very convenient, affordable, center of everything location. Pool, garage parking, free wifi, and full refrigerator. There is a gas grill available to guests. Note: Must stay a minimum of two nights, locked up tighter than a drum after 10pm and before 8 am , and desk job could use some practice communicating with the public. Thin walls for pool and...

Location is near shops, restaurants, beach, and harbor. Room was clean except for a plastic glove found on kitchen counter. WIFI terrible. Slowwww and weak signal in our second floor room. Parking easy and at hotel. Bed okay, pillows need replacing with softer option or at least other options. I asked lobby for another and told they were all the...

We rented 205, which had two bedrooms each with a queen bed and bath. Extremely clean, low maintenance. Well equipped, super clean kitchen. The pool was perfect and the whirlpool sizzling. This property is at the channel end of Old San Carlos Blvd, right next to several excellent restaurants and five short blocks from Times Square, beach, and pier. Easy...

We wanted a vacation where we didn't have to drive far to get to restaurant and things to do and this was IT! We parked the car in the covered garage and left it there pretty much all week... There was so many restaurants we didn't eat at the same place twice! The condo had beach chairs and a cooler...

This hotel is actually a small condo. The room includes a small kitchen. The location is perfect it's right by all the fun but not too loud since it is just a few buildings down from some of the bar & restaurants. The restaurant across the street isn't loud so it was a perfect location for families, couples or individuals....

My husband and I stayed a week at Harbor House at the Inn at the end of February. We loved the convenient location, but the unit we had was getting kind of tired. There were marks on all of the walls, the carpet was pretty worn and the couch had a big slash in it. It did seem clean though....

As a local fort myers and cape coral resident. This is a great little gem off the beaten path. Fun local bars, music, and food. Enjoy a Florida sunset, sunrise, or stroll on the beach with your love or family

We have been traveling to FMB for several years, and have always thought about staying here. We finally stayed for 3 weeks in Feb 2016. The location is perfect, allowing one to walk to the beach, fishing pier, and various entertainment and dining destinations. The facility was clean and well kept. We had a one bedroom unit with a balcony...
