Love the location. Staff is great. Condos are spacious. We rent thru a management company and return yearly. Quiet and secluded. Pool is terrific. We would have given a 5, but there is one flaw. Guests can smoke on the balconies of this Smoke Free...More
Poor service at check in. Staff did not explain or help with questions about resort. Parking is a major issue. Numerous times saw patrons for Flippers park in resort. There is no private beach. It’s is across the highway in the public beach for $2...More
I think the resort is overpriced.. From what I understand the units are each individually owned.. Which I guess in that case depends on the unit you get.. We had room 202 which had a great view but definitely needs updating.. Old furniture and the...More
This was a great place. Very quiet compared to so many other places , but yet close enough to the busy areas. We had 8th floor. Fantastic views of the bay. We saw dolphins daily. Well appointed condo with everything you need. Very clean. Laundry...More

I saw one set of restrooms, the temporary type without running water, near the beach but admit I did not go through the entire park. We drove there for a wedding but wouldn't think it would be more than 10 minutes to walk. Beach swimming was closed for the day we were there due to winds and possible rip tides. Hope this helps.

Mr. Robert T- I'm not sure what's the answer to your question either. I was charged the exact amount as quoted as well but I purchased my reservation through Groupon as they had a deal going on at that time. On a side note, had you thought about using Google Earth to see if you could get a recent satellite image of what it looks like down there now, in case it's not up to what you'd like to go visit? That's a considerable sum to pay to just go visit a lot of destruction😔
