By far the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff was rude, my card was charged without my knowledge (when I called to ask about it, they hung up on me 4 times), there were only sheets on our bed (no comforter),...More

This hotel is just plain disgusting! I don't understand how it's a 3 star hotel, this place should be a one star. The walls are dirty, cracked and nasty. I had to call to get the sheets changed as soon as I walked in of...More
I had the opportunity of staying in some different Wyndham hotels, like in Pittsburgh and Seattle. This was the worst one (until now).
The WIFI totally sucks. Use your 2G... it will be faster and give you less stress.

The location of this hotel is the only good quality it has since it is right next to the highway. Other than that, this place is a dump. It all started when my significant other had a hold charge from Ramada on her account. It...More

There is a schedule/form at the front desk. You write your room number, the number of passengers, and place you, want to go under the time you would like to leave. The shuttle for shopping I believe runs from 4:30 and his last pick up is usually just before 10. They take you places in close proximity like Ross, Target, Walmart, Marshalls, Best Buy etc. and some restaurants. Further trips I believe there is a small fee. It is very reliable and the drivers are very kind. However, if it is an airport pick up I suggest you tell them a time when booking so they come for you at a reasonable hour.
