While I wouldn't rate this five stars, I would have no problem staying here again. The rooms are clean and reasonably quiet, the employees are friendly and the price is right. I prefer staying in small "ma and pa" type local motels when traveling, and this one fits the bill. Conveniently, the Withlacoochee State bike trail runs right behind the...

I picked The Central Motel because it was cheaper than most so my expectations were low. I was looking for a clean comfortable room without a lot of bells and whistles. My reservation was for 7 nights but I left after 1 night. Room #5 is in bad need of renovation. I am not saying the carpeting was dirty but...

We stayed here two nights for a soccer tournament. There were many other families from other areas there as well. While in our room we never heard any of the other families. We were in building 3 in the back and had sliding glass doors that opened up to a small porch with the woods, and a little bit further...

Who knew that for a very reasonable price one could find such a clean, well kept, friendly staff, conveniently located motel. The beds were comfortable, the pool was nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Wow! I was very apprehensive about staying here, since it was such a bargain. It was truly a bargain and delightful experience. We were there to ride our bicycles on the Withlacoochee Trail. The accommodation was perfect for our needs and the staff was very accommodating. If you are planning to ride this trail, they cater to us crazy bike...

I stayed here for ten nights and couldn't be more pleased. The staff are friendly, the place is very clean and it couldn't be better located for biking or walking. It sets adjacent to the Withlacoochee rail trail. This is my second time to stay here and it want be my last. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Recommend it...

Yes, there is a new wifi system. It that at times the system goes down for the back rooms. We love this place. Great rooms, clean, large and nice staff. This is the best place in town. Bike riding is the thing here.

My wife and I stayed at the Central Motel because we wanted to ride the Withlacoochee trail and visit the area. The motel sits in about the middle of the trail about a mile south of Inverness town center. We stayed in the room next to the office, fairly near the highway. Not a major problem though probably slightly noisier...

We stayed there two nights. We bicycled the 42 Mile Trail. The hotel is approximately halfway on the trail so it is a great location. They have Lock Storage for the bicycles a great restaurant on-site. Rooms could use a bit of an update but otherwise or very good for our purposes. Inverness is a nice little Community to visit....
