horribly managed, poorly maintained, old, outdated, overpriced rooms. There are also large cockroaches in these rooms which I killed before leaving to a real hotel. it looks like they do absolutely nothing in these decrepit rooms in terms of updates.

We stayed for 2-3 nights to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday-20 adults/children in total. All rooms in which we stayed were clean, very nice. Large pool and huge tiki hut with TV's were amazing--corn hole, outdoor shower/bath, pool towels and excellent staff! Walking distance to bowling alley and Art n' Around (painted wine glasses), very close proximity to Children's Museum, fishing/boating and downtown Jensen, where you'll find very good eats. Pet friendly. Linda was awesome!

The Park View is part throw back to my youth and Motor Courts and Motels, which at one time this facility clearly was; and part modern day self-catering vacation rental; lovingly maintained by the owners, proprietors, maintainers, operators, and jack of all trades Nancy and Fran, whose labor of love Park View clearly is. It's not Beach Front, but then again you are paying half what a Beach Front resort would cost, and you are literally 5 minutes from the Beach. It's not a Chain Hotel, so if getting Room Service, or being able to call the Concierge at 3AM is a must you will be frustrated, but their target audience is clearly the self-catering traveler who looks for a home away from home, and let's face it, very few of us have a concierge at home. The Park View is lovingly updated and maintained by its owners and provides every accommodation you could wish for: A Bed that embraces you at the end of a long day; A Shower that provides an endless supply of high pressure hot water; a Kitchen that permits you to easily prepare meals for up to 4 people with ease; High Speed Internet; and a clean and comfortable room that is decorated with light and bright Florida colors and designs. Outside your rooms are two rocking chairs and a table, and being so close to the Ocean you can count of a breeze out of the east constantly. The pool area is clean, maintained, and refreshing, and the Tiki Bar/Cook Out Area can accommodate a party easily for 50 people without being crowded. While it is true that Fran and Nancy are not standing around playing House Maid Butler for you, they are very accommodating in offering you ways to get in touch with them, and they are fairly prompt and courteous when it comes to responding to your calls and text messages. Staying at the Park View is more like staying with Family or Friends than at a Hotel. We booked here for a vacation which in route turned into a family crisis, and ended with a Funeral, and through it all they were both patient with our on again/off again schedule changes, but truly sympathetic to our plight. I simply cannot say enough about the Park View and its owners and would not hesitate to stay again.

I'll be short: 1. If you want to run away from people-this is a perfect, quiet place to relax! 2. New, clean rooms! SPOTLESS bathrooms! Towels with that Downy smell! 3. Fran & Nancy (owners) are SUPER NICE & won't bother you!

The staff at the Park view, Nancy and her husband, were most accommodating from reservation to arrival. We usually stay at a condo, but needed a week plus, and it was comfortable. We will visit again.

We just returned home from our stay at Park View and we had a great time! The minute we arrived (late on a weekday) and was greeted with Nancy (the owner) smiling we knew we were going to enjoy our stay! She was so friendly and it was a great way to start our vacation at Park View after a long day. The pool was nice and relaxing, the kids enjoyed swimming too! We had lunch under the hut the one day and it was beautiful. Our room was nice and the bed was so cozy! We had everything we needed right there! The price made the stay even better and we are looking forward to coming back! This place is truly a gem and not far from Jensen Beach or Stuart! :)

What a great motel! Everything was very clean, from the outside areas, to the room! Nice pool, tiki hut area, and lounge chairs! The owners are quick to respond and very helpful! The bed was super comfy and I loved the pillows! The room had an entire kitchen with all necessary utensils. They also had a coffee maker with coffee, creamer, & sugar! I wish we could have stayed longer than one night! I'm sure we'll be back!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this great little spot near Jensen Beach. It is an older motel and not what I would have probably chosen normally but I'm glad I did. I travel quite a bit and it seems like the world has become homogenized...everything is all the same. Not this place. It has all been completely redone and I felt as though I walking into the best of old Florida. The grounds are awesome and include a really nice pool, wonderful landscaping, a fire pit, numerous grills and picnic tables. I don't usually use the laundry facilities at a motel but these were awesome. They were clean, new and even had detergent for me to use! I loved the fact that my room included a kitchen with everything I needed. Most days I fixed my meals in my room which I loved. I think there are larger rooms than the one I stayed in but even though it was compact it was perfect. Each room seems to be individually furnished..no cookie cutter stuff...and immaculate. The owners are great people and so helpful. There are good waterfront restaurants nearby and it's a short drive to downtown Stuart or Jensen. I will definitely be back!
