The Jensen Beach Inn is perfectly situated where you want to be to enjoy all the amenities Jensen Beach has to offer. We were able to walk to everything and run back to the room when needed. Our stay was in the shark room. The inn is clean, spacious and has a ton of character with the tongue and groove ceilings. The room did have a high level of road noise and the freight train but overall it was exactly what we needed. I tried to connect to the internet which did not work for the stay and it was too late or too early to reach out. In addition, our television continued tol give us an error message stating the satellite was not connected. Although, the TV and internet is not why we visited the area but it would have been helpful for work and suppressing some of the road noise.

Remember the movie " My cousin Vinnie"? Well, we had a similar experience with the freight trains wizzing by every 55 minutes...11 times from 8pm till morning.....It's too bad because the rooms were very nice. I thought 3 pillows on each side of the bed was a bit in excess, but then realized at 2am when I hadn't slept a wink that one was for your head, and the other 2 were to cover your head when you heard the "ding ding ding" of the crossing bars being lowered.....then the bed shook for a few minutes....and then it was quiet for about 50 minutes when the next train would come by. Seriously, nice woman named Tammy gave us a tour, very efficient...but man oh man....that damn train. Wouldn't return because of it.

The room was beautiful, and very clean. But the hotel is 100 yards from the train tracks, and the trains seem to run one per hour in the evening, blaring their horns. There's a restaurant downstairs, that plays dance music on Saturday nights. Parking at the hotel can be difficult around mealtimes, as it seems the restaurant guests ignore the signs saying that parking is for hotel guests only. If noise doesn't bother you, you'll love this place. But if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful oasis, keep looking. Management definitely needs to look into installing new soundproof windows.

This was a very neat boutique hotel in old downtown Jensen Beach with 8 rooms. We really enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was nicely appointed and the common areas were very nice. We were welcomed by staff and given a nice tour. Make sure to check out the rooftop deck! One note is that the hotel is a half block off the railroad tracks and it is loud when the train passed several times in the evening.

If you want to get a good night sleep do not stay here. This Inn is located right next to an active train track. Freight trains come through every hour (or so) you feel the bed shaking. . Did not meet the owner. There's a woman who takes you to your room and explains how things work. Rooms are pleasant. Would not stay here again because of the noise.

Location of the Inn is perfect for enjoying all there is to do in the area. My husband and I stayed here one night over the Labor Day holiday. We visited Savannas Preserve State Park, Elliott Museum, spent a little time on the beach, and took in some of the excellent restaurants in the area, including Pineapple Jacks Bistro located below the Inn. The staff was friendly, food was delicious and received a discount when we showed our room key. I read the history of this historical gem from the website and interested to see the role Henry Flagler and R. R. Ricou played in revitalizing Jensen after the devastating fire of 1908. Cool to stay in the "Brick Block" that Ricou built to support local commerce. We only live about an hour south of the Inn but nice to escape to different surroundings not far from home to recharge. Elizabeth was a lovely host and we look forward to going back again!

The Jensen Beach Inn has a great story and Elizabeth is the best person to tell it. The room and food was great. We also got a discount at the restaurant for showing our key! And it’s located in the heart of downtown Jensen.

The hotel is wonderful. Only 7 rooms very well decorated. The woman that checks you in is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is good and the shops on the street create a nice place to walk around. All that said the problem is the train tracks across the street. The train must blow its whistle because their is also a road crossing right across the street from the hotel. We loved the room and sitting area in the hotel and sat up on the roof deck to have some wine. The problem was at night when the trains, 7 of them, came by every hour or so and shook the hotel and then blew the whistle. Terrible night.

Love returning to the Inn. Just stayed in the Snook room. We've officially stayed in all of the themed rooms. Favorite? Not sure. All have beautiful murals, private bathrooms, comfy beds and unique furnishings. Lovely common areas and fantastic rooftop view. Breakfast items are provided but enjoyed brunch downstairs at Pineapple Jack's with bottomless mimosas. Our favorite getaway inn and owners!
