Some kids accidentally broke a window on one of the old original houses, which is a disaster already, and the property manager took it upon himself to tell the kids they couldn't leave their lot without a parent or he would evict or fine the parents. He never mentioned this to any parents. That's not even the worst of it. Time went by and the kids were back to riding their bikes around and having fun, and he said nothing. They haven't gotten into trouble after that, yet here comes the property manager in his car a couple weeks later, stops and yells at the kids to get outta the road, where they were walking and talking to a 15yr old who hangs out and watches them. Then He proceeds to tell the kids, "I can pick you up and put y'all in the back of my car and take off, or offer you candy and grab you and take off before anyone notices. " He then rode by my camper where I was outside watching him from afar, slowed down, and then when I looked his way he took off. He never said a word to me, my husband, or the other parents. The kids came and told me after he left. I can't believe he said all that to kids ages 8, 10, and 6, but didn't bother talking to the parents! The 15yr old was there to witness and hear the whole thing. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure threatening to kidnap kids is illegal! I call this child endangerment and harassment, and to know that he's saying all this to kids and NOT EVER speaking to the parents about it is mind blowing! He literally drove right by me and didn't roll down his tinted window to say anything. Instead, when I looked over at him, he takes off!! Me and the other parents are disgusted and angry! I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! If we had the finances to move, we would!

There are active train tracks that run right through the middle of this park. We have children, so that was frightening. Needs real updating. However, proximity to the water, and grocery/shopping/restaurants was great. Owner was nice.

This place was horrible. We were told when we booked that we had to bring cash or a money order. I asked if someone could help us back in our camper and was told that yes, there is always someone there to help. When we arrived and asked the maintenance man he jumped down our throats and then told other people there that we expected him to do everything for us. The train running through the center of the park like 5 times a night with the gates clanging and the horn blasting was not fun either. I think they should have paid me to stay there. This all topped off by the day we were leaving and my husband was unhooking the water lines and there was a guy weedwacking and the dirt and sticks kept hitting my husbands face! He asked the guy to please stop and he just looked at him and kept going.

This property is located right off Jensen Beach causway bridge, close to the ocean beaches. Over 300 lots, with mostly full time residents. Within walking distance to eats and shopping The website portrays nothing truthful about the rates.ot much else for that matter. Under new ownership. Monthly rate $900 plus electric!. No longer accept cash, don't accept credit cards but expect you too write a check or fetch a money order. The Office closes at 3:00pm very hard to get on the phone. The lots are arranged in a hap-a-stance way, most have concrete patio. The roads are dirt/ sand. Bathhouse is ....... faucets spray water after shutting them off! The laundry, some machines work some act like they do. The rest don't Any amenities are located off site. Cable is offered, not through the park. No wifi. Verizon has a good signal. Do you like trains? Mainline train action through the middle of the property 5 - 12 a day. I Will be here through the "season" see what happens to the water pressure?

May be okay for "snowbirds" because it is the least expensive...but if your traveling and want to enjoy a campground while visiting or shopping it isn't even a one star. We didn't even mind the train going through behind the campground with a horn blowing as much as we hated the NOISES from the street and bar located directly across. The bath house needs updated and CLEANED.

Location to activities great. If you want sleep forget it. Train passes through property 7 times a night and due to road going over tracks in campground train blasts horn also. Designed for full timers more than drop in's. Also takes check or cash only, that is not mentioned on their web site.

If you are looking for a 5-star RV resort with all the bells and whistles, look elsewhere. This place however is in an excellent location for a very reasonable price. You have 3 restaurants within close proximity to you, which is great. We visited Tony Roma's several times on a Sunday night because the kids eat free. It's nice to be able to leave the car behind and walk to a restaurant. This park is has an old Florida atmosphere but it is on the Indian River and good fishing is a 2 minute walk. Pro's Shopping and restaurants are very close by.- Sams Club/Target/Bed Bath and Beyond are maybe 25 mins away Laundry is close by in the Publix complex Less than1 mile to the beach Lots of places to travel around to - Stuart, PB etc Lovely views The owners are very nice Con's Several washers had water sitting in them and appeared to be very old so it felt like you would need to wash your clothes after washing your clothes! No tv Trains running through the rv park what felt like all night long and no it doesn't get better after a few nights. They honk the horn several times are they are coming through so it's impossible to sleep through We used a fan and the A/C and still heard them. We left exhausted! We stayed up front in the park, which was a little better but it's definitely not a upscale rv park, they don't seem to do any improvements. The sites are quite tight together We loved our time in Jensen Beach but we wouldn't go back, I could take all of the con's except for the train tracks!

If you like hookers, drug dealers motorcycles racing through the park and white trash this place is for you. Oh ya trains running thru the middle of the parks over 10 times a day and blowing their very loud horns all the way all night long this place is for you. Bath rooms and shower are soooo bad they should be condemed ! Place is full of welfare people living their full-time. Was doing my wash on day and saw a rat about 2 feet long. I am from Detroit so I have seen some crap they need to move this place to Detroit and it would fit right in. Tom Whetstone
